see you again since all the time our destinies are meeting (&
leaving far away) but so near in the life, near in our hearts
too (& in the world)
At first you will be
happy to read a beautiful funny conference “Do your own movie” I put in
citation in my Sociology Thesis “GO ! (Thesis)” talking about the mysterious
meeting (Not “Close Encounters of the Third Kind”) a love meeting I done in a Denny’s Restaurant in Las
Vegas after a car chase with Steven friends driving big trucks on the road from
Los Angeles to Las Vegas at the time I was just finished my first studies in
the high business school “EDC PARIS” (in
Paris-La-Defense Towers)

you hoped I make a remake of “Duel” but instead of risk to lose my life again I
prefered to stop my car and do my own movie (with
his own destiny) as we can see in the beautiful screenplay (born of this historical day) “It’s no my fault”

is of course (Steven Spielberg !) in reference to his first feature film shot in these
settings where I'm driving now so funny (listening music in his beautiful car) California music on the radio while I’m always

This beautiful car chase (with the "Big Trucks on the road") reminds me the first film "a little crazy" Steven made just after his movie school (California University School of Cinema). I know however that the shooting was not easy, of course that needs lot of talents, efforts but there is always some risks to make this film called "Duel" (French translation of the title is the same than in American) with these Big Trucks which are driving at full speed on the roads of the desert in the northeast of Los Angeles, we find now our poor Steven with his camera

… so he can
shoot well the action (closer to the action) often with the big trucks going at full speed, giving
a swerved at the last moment (Steven was obliged to change his
cap every day), there was even on the set (a special lovely assistant) just to carry his big box of new caps ! We not forget
to mention the large tanker ready to explode at any moment, turns, slippages,
all engaged in a diabolical truck chase with our dear Steven still attached to
the front of the car with his camera (and his cap of the day) he is now on the mountain side, rolling faster (and faster) with again more skidding in the more dangerous road
bends and we do not to mention a road bend became very famous in the history of
cinema, it is precisely the turn (they have missed !) driving too fast to stop finally in skidding at the
edge of ravine with a final brake facing the abyss of emptiness

About our extraordinary
destinies, Dear Steven, I have the big advantage to be more young than you which
means to know what mistakes we must not do and how to do best movies in best
place (in the Box Office). As “The brothers Light”
(Les frères Lumière) in France &
“Thomas Edison” in the USA (who was dancing
the Madison) we find sometimes very good movie ideas for peoples
(and make big international success)
For example I wrote
in 1989 a staggering synopsis “The Meteor” that came on Earth from space so
mysteriously and attracts lot of peoples from all the world feeling that there
is “a presence of life” (inside the
Meteor) and all the great philosophical thinking we can have
about (love) & all the
extraordinary dimensions we can feel in the infinity life (of
the Universe of light)
It is so better than (the stupid story) of “E.T.” just a
stuffed toy for mentally deficient peoples, so Dear Steven (sorry
for your plush animal) you can imagine the big success we can do
with some better screenplays as I write !
Other similar
destinies we have some years after in 1994 when I was writing (after his movie school “3is” in Paris) when
I was writing the beautiful TV series Bible “All Fire All Woman” (“Tout Feu Tout Femme”). Beyond the title
this French expression means that the women are very fervent in life (when they want to do something). This
original series is showing to peoples the daily life of an emergency rescue
team of fireman (managed by a nice woman)
with an inquiry parallel plot around the accident (or
the crime) by peoples who are not policeman (as we
can see in the good US series “ Person of Interest”)
In evidence of the
great interest for peoples (& big
success) I argued this nice Bible telling all the benefits for
peoples & the society in psychological, social or financial aspects with
the main hope there is less accidents (or crimes)
less suffering and more lifes saved as some rescue teams have tried to save my own
life when I was victim of a criminal “Crash Car” in 1987 in Paris which left me
as dead (if the Divinities had not come to do a
miracle)
I saw all the best TV producers in Paris but they didn’t give me my
chance (except encouragements) and
except “Gaumont TV” with “Pathé TV” who asked me to write a similar Tv Bible
with the French medical emergency rescue organization (The
“SAMU”) and I did better with the
extreme emergency medical rescue (The SMUR) who have less than 12 minutes to come anywhere (as
fast as possible) to try to save a life in the
most extreme situation of death or life ! (as it
is necessary today to save our good author)
I didn’t call this Tv series “Urgences” (“ER “) but “Ultimate Seconds” (“Ultimes Secondes”) with all the feeling & good mind for a great success but after a
time I asked news and I learned that the Artistic Director had left the company
and I was paid only (in monkey money)
Our friend Steven cautions that there is no special link between “ER”
& “ET” (Only a lake of imagination) “Or a lack of time” says
Steven (appearing with his new cap) and he also reminds that he sold “ET” to Universal Studio (It was
too washed) in exchange for a small domestic
dinosaur (just to mow the lawn of the garden)
Still dying after my clever Bible “Ultimate Seconds” I saw several month
later a movie TV with the same subject in 2 episodes who made the best TV audience
on the French channel “France 2” (more than 42 %) and better in the second episode !
We can see well Dear Steven that there is in France some producers (most
stupid than “E.T.!”) with mental disabilities (on the
money aspect particularly) and it
is them who are dying today when they see the great success of “Urgences” this
very good TV series (Produced by Steven) in the similar ways of my TV Bibles and I suppose (for
these stupid French producers) there is
a risk of cardiac syncope when they will see (the
results accounts of this series)
I think the pertinent concepts of this 2 TV series Bibles are still
available today and I am writing some new one as “ By love for her” (“Par
Amour pour Elle”) an extraordinary chase for death
around the world after a nice man (innocent) researched by all the Police of the world (for a
crime he didn’t commit).
I proposed recently to the Company “EUROPACORP” (Studio
de Paris) to finance the development of
this international TV series Bible. Located in Paris to produce cinema or TV
movie (with a big movie Studio) this is the company of the French movie maker “Luc Besson” (very
successful with his new movie “LUCY”) he have although a special page in our funny Blog “Golden Spring’s
Consulting” telling the truth (about the story of “Lucy”) and I suggested to them also to finance another TV Bible I am writing intended
at first for the European market “San Antonio” (a
revolutionary funny police Tv series) the free adaptation of the masterful work of the great French novelist
“Frédéric Dard” (250 million books sold)
We must know that the charming “San Antonio” is a civil police
commissioner (very particular) because
he likes to joke and to tell what he thinks about everything in the society (or
the police philosophy) and he appreciates particularly (the
beautiful chicks)
You can see well now Dear Steven (&
Dear friends) that I continue to suggest some
big success to the producers (for the good happiness of peoples) waiting for good answers for all this nice productions that my company
is able to create & manage in supervisation (and in
an emergency situation) to go
back to Paris, the city where I come from originally to develop our business or
to establish my company in another country than France if necessary.
Before to present the beautiful cinema movie “A Song” (Birth of
a Star) that will enjoy you and have a
look after on the incredible film trilogy “Do your best” following by the
musical comedy “Kilimandjaro” (to enjoy the heart of the planet) you will be now very surprised to discover the following of this
extraordinary success story (in the backstage) because instead of living (a happy life of lovers millionaires) in fact it’s more me that needs to call somebody not corrupted as “San
Antonio” (or Colombo) because I am victim in the city
of Rennes in France of thefts of my works, illegal official spying, threats,
blackmail or serious wounds and all my complaints to the Court are
systematically hampered by corruption concerning some serious facts (&
evidences) and the very big financial
amounts that represents my works (& master pieces)
When we know I endure these thefts & crimes since more than 10 years
as it was already in Paris from 1999 to 2006 before I came against my wants (half
dead) in the city of Rennes in 2007
I’m sure you will (chart a Jet Plane) to come and deliver us from this bad killing powers.
Actually in despite of my abilities, skills (or
talents to make fortune) I am
surviving under threats & blackmail by an illegal “medical monitoring” (HDT) as pretext to arrest me so easy when these officials thieves &
killers dread my successes to win money, leave this city or when they see (by
spying) that I demonstrate all the
evidence of their crimes. They force me illegally to take a medical treatment
as a poison that kills (his future babies) and I must endure an accounting control also illegal by a curator
willingly unable just to make troubles in my life and my work.
On other ways I am regularly victim of assault when I go outside in this
city I don’t know well (or around his home & artistic office) to trouble our peace without limit to their cruelty until causing me a
bacterial wound to my leg (or cranial bones) that makes me suffer for more than one year using bacteria as weapon.
The beginning of this “crime story” I am victim begins with a Crash Car
in June 1987 then a first illegal arrest in Paris in summer 2004 (to put
him suddenly to the asylum) when I
was writing and composing a beautiful musical comedy “Orphee & Sandy” (free
funny adaptation of the Opera) as well
I was writing a nice book “The World’s Projective Project°” (for peace, love & prosperity) today published in 3 books “The Earth is pink as love” (La Terre
est rose comme un amour),
multicolor as a rainbow, “07 milliards love, lights ways for easy world” &
“flying Ideas”. At the same time I was looking for funding for the production of
this nice musical comedy deliberately intended to a great international success
(so happy in life) then
suddenly there was lot of problems all around in my life in everything I was
doing, aggressions in the street, many dirty cops provocations on my way, the complaints
that I filed in Court of Justice were not followed by legal actions until the
day they came when I was coming back to my home and put me suddenly in an
psychiatric hospital (asylum) called “Maison Blanche” (White House) it’s not a joke, during 52
days under drug poison with the
corrupt diagnostic saying “he heard voices” (probably
the divinities from heaven)
So these “official” criminals (into
links with politicians, bad competitors & thieves) broke my life, my projects (his heart) after stealing my works and not paying my fees. Step by step (day
after day) I was in the success to rise
again (to the Top) with the faithful help of very
nice girlfriends as Princess Joy (& others) working on my books again, writing the screenplay of “The Best Crazy
Bass Player in World’s !” (with the recording of video scenes) an original movie unique in the history of cinema being myself one of
the best bassist player in the world as my good friends Marcus Miller or the
great musician Stanley Clark (wearing hats slap).
I was determined to ask for Justice and ready to leave the French
territory while writing a beautiful Sociology Thesis (with
lot of terms of music languages) about the creative cultural waves as stimulation for peoples to
generate a dynamic of revival and rebirth of life but again the bad politics &
dirty business networks prepared to hit in the back, still spying my home (and
his computer) they made serious troubles to
some of my girlfriends until the day in 2006 I learned they killed the nice mum
of my lovely girlfriend “Princess Joy” poisoned in Nigeria to brake our hearts (and do
cruel provocations after) the
world has collapsed for Princess Joy, her very nice mum “Roselyn” was as my own
mother (& friend) but in our infinite sorrow an
extraordinary “light of life for love ” is born (as a
world miracle) to help us to survive and give
us courage to continue to do beautiful things in the life (under
the immensity of the destiny)
Several months later while I was working hard as fast as possible to
have soon a good situation this bastards came back again in my home to arrest
me a second time (so illegally as the first time) and put me in another asylum (most
luxurious) during more than 3 months (instead
of being with his girlfriend to comfort her) and began to kill me day after day using medical poison.
At the beginning I was continuing to finish my Sociology Thesis (writing
in his large black notebooks) then
after I have had only the strength to make beautiful draws of beautiful African
& Black women (with the ink of his blood) whereas I didn’t know how long time I would still be alive.

After my exit (of the luxurious asylum) and under serious medical poisoning everything was one more time
completely broken in my life. I could only survive, seeing sometimes my
beautiful “Princess Joy” who was demonstrated an extraordinary courage of life
particularly when she told me the news that they killed one of her junior
brother “Destiny” with gun in Nigeria (France
is really a nice country)
I lost suddenly my apartment in Paris and I was uprooted in the city of
Rennes in 2007 that I didn’t know (in the West of France) not far to the house of my parents originate from Paris but retired in
this area (a real social murder). Still
under poisoning, medical & bank account control I survived long years with
“Princess Joy” far to me in Paris just talking on phone several minutes a day
and trying to help her the best I could. I began a long road to obtain a real
Justice that never came (We hope this bastards will die soon !)
Please Dear friend Steven, if you can’t (chart
a plane) please just ask a friend to send
me a big gun and I will resolve all this problems very fast in the city of
Rennes where we are still victim of the same “official” criminal network among
the most cruel in this world in the indifference of so many false friends that
just continue to steal my works (his minds & success strategies)
In 2014 I wrote the film trilogy “Do your best” with the first movie
“Stacy The Airplanes” (all our dreams are still alive) telling the story in a touching funny style of the period I was (in the
luxurious asylum) watching the airplanes cry in
the sky (with tears in his eyes) and making extraordinary beautiful draws (published
in e-book) as a musical movie. I see well
this movie accompanied by a music funny jazzy (& international
variety songs) I was composing in the album
“Zigo Joy’s Band” just before this illegal arrest revolting.
This beautiful movie is dedicated to the Mum’s of Africa
The second movie of this trilogy is “Magic Love” the beautiful story of
a great love (heart to heart so far away) written in 2008 & 2009 when I was dying in the city of Rennes (The
Bitcha) the manuscripts are so magic
with pictorial compositions by the letters as painting in movement (published
in e-book)
I dedicated this work to Princess Joy
The third movie is “A Part of my life” telling in a funny comedy style
the third illegal arrest I was suddenly victim in the city of Rennes in October
2010 when I was writing a new beautiful musical comedy “Planet Joy” with the
lovely “Coconut’s” (So class). This bastards put me again (in the asylum) during 70 days where I continued to draw the musical comedy sets of
“Planet Joy” or the wonderful costumes of the Star Coconut’s (always singing love songs) some beautiful melodies I registered on my Dictaphone while I was writing
2 little new books “ Je aimer Toi (Sool & Cool in love Paradise)” and “ Elle
est venue consoler mes larmes – She came to light my tears (Writings for
freedom)” (this bad peoples are so cruel) & so big thieves without heart.
The story of this extraordinary movie tells mainly (a love
story) so funny with a beautiful
accomplice who played “The Air Hostess” in the funny flies we lived together (all
around the world) to escape to this cruelty and keep
the force to survive (with our dreams in our hearts) sometimes doing our best to avoid an airplane crash ! (but he
was a good pilot)
You can see better now Dear Steven how my life is trapped by vampires
who are playing with our hearts (and steal our millions royalties) under the guise of a dreadful corruption.
Also serious I am victim of a “Bug” political & illegal that attempts
to the sales of my books & e-book on the Web (40
references & 50 in stand-by) only best sellers I manage with my company “Golden Spring (Provisory)”
depriving me significant incomes since 2011 with the French companies “The Book
Edition” & “Bookelis Hachette” and still today with the American companies
“Amazon”, “KDP” & “Create Space” since 2015 as I have proved and demonstrated
it in my complaints.
The French authorities and French representation in USA have done
nothing to resolve this crime in link with all the other crimes, crash car,
thefts, curatorship, bacteria wounds, burglary, murders, medical monitoring,
abusive arrests and corruption I was victim and at each time in stand-by or
classification by the Court in defiance of the facts, demonstrations &
evidences (and emergency)
The US Embassy introduce me to a good lawyer in Paris “Me Marcia B
Moulon-Atherley” but it’s not possible to do anything if I don’t have my money
to fund the procedure so I wrote a letter to the President Obama (&
friends) to explain the situation and ask
him if he can do something directly in relationship with the headquarter of
this companies (to require the truth) and act if necessary under international agreements against the crime
with the American policemen in France & Europe for this inquiry that take
his originally facts in France.
It is important to clarify I have a contract with these American
companies and I should pay tax to the US Treasure on my royalties.
This is the reason why I contacted all the organisms for the defense of
copyright (& author rights) and the
trade union in France and I prepared a Press Conference to denounce the more
unworthy abuses I am victim in the city of Rennes (&
in France) in my life as in my work.
All these facts are specifically written in my “Daily News of Stars” (“Journal
des étoiles”) since 2003 to 2015 that I publish regularly in my Web Blog “Golden Spring’s Consulting”
with fortunately some extracts of my works, screenplay, books or short video
movies of Bass Voice improvisations (& love songs) speeches or scenes of funny comedy in the continuity of the beautiful
album (of love songs) I am ready to register “Song’s
fly”.
It is the same thing for the video movies I made for the movie “The Best
Crazy Bass Player in World’s !” (he
talked already) a beautiful original movie
unique in the history of cinema being myself one of the best bassist player in
the world as my good friend Marcus Miller or the great musician Stanley Clark (and
the beautiful Divinity Roxx who is in reality the only best)
I presented the screenplay of this nice funny movie to the French
producer Marin Karmitz (MK2 in Paris) with already the first Act showing also video of different scenes of
playing (or acting) in link with the companies
“Dreyfus Records” & “BMG” for the music production of the film.
We can see (or hear) my good friend Marcus Miller is not really the best CRAZY Bass player
in the world so he will not play in this movie (probably
just an appearing guest star playing in the street without shoes) but he is the only virtuoso bass player in the world able to play the
extraordinary (love music) of the musical comedy “Orphee” (with
the pretty Sandy) a free funny adaptation we have
created of the famous Opera (of Gluck & Monteverdi) for this beautiful love story that will enjoy us all around the world
with all the peoples dancing on sumptuous choreographies in apotheosis of a
happy ending (that will be forever)
This extraordinary master peace is actually being studied with the
companies “BMG” & “Dreyfus Records” in Paris that produced already the
great show of “Jean-Michel Jarre” in Houston USA (1986) in duplex with the astronaut Ronald McNair of Challenger (who played the saxophone in space)
I don’t know if the lovely bass player Divinity Roxx will accept to play
in the space (for a love concert) but to
stay in peace (with all the family) I wrote the resume of another comedy movie telling the truth about
another well known musician Stanley Clark
(pretending to be also the best bass player) while he spends his time in a lounge chair in a paradise island just
collect the artists stamps money of the lookalike bass player he uses to play
on stage instead of him !
We have evidence of the identity of the lookalike player in the
beautiful screenplay i wrote (with his lovely accomplices) for the movie “In the Secret of my heart” where we can see already a
selection of photo (all rights reserved) to show the funny style (& stars) foreseen for the international casting of this great movie where we
find again the beautiful Serena Williams already selected to play in the
beautiful movie “It’s no my fault” (It’s the fault of happiness) and we know why…
Time is coming now Dear friend Steven to present you the screenplay that
will change your life (in better) with “A Song” (birth of a Star) telling the story of a beautiful Princess from Africa came in France (or
USA) to register a beautiful song
which have an extraordinary secret (and magic story)

I tell again all my wishes (for she can have again an happy life) in the beautiful short movie I registered for her playing a beautiful
Bass Voice Improvisation that tells the story of “The Little Elephant who is
crying without her mum”
The lovely Princess Joy inspired me another screenplay when some
bastards in Paris put her in the street without any money (and
with all her luggages) and how she was near to die
after a night under a bridge then how I done to save her 350 miles far to her
in this dramatic situation (as she saved him before) with a suspense at each second “ Escape to the Street”
We can read also in the document “Princess Joy” (a
magic life) an overview of her story with
her nice beloved mum “Roselyn” now become an extraordinary legend (&

I remind that I asked in my complaint 707 (of
thieves & killers of dreams) important financial damages in favor of the populations of different
area in the world (around 28 billion euro) that will be donated by “The International Cultural Fund of Investments”
to other foundations or Associations to fund some kind of humanitary projects such
as those we already begin to develop as we can see in the document “Fond Culturel
International d’Investissements”
My own situation today in Rennes in France is still a calvary each day under
threats to be assaulted or arrested (and put in asylum) my bank accounts are under control of a bad corrupted curator, all the
acts of these bastards are illegal, just to keep me in an “administrative jail”
because of the crimes they done in my life (&
his destiny) and because the amount of the
thefts is colossal. I ask to the Justice more than 700 million euro for the
damages since 1992 (and the Crash Car)
There is no day (or night) without provocation, often by bad corrupted cops with bitches,
aggressions “at my door”, sabotage of my computer (or
serial virus), always this bastards try ” to reverse
roles” using me as an outlet for their criminals minds and I must survive and
continue to work more than 12 hours each day of the week with 130 euro to not
die in a psychological terror climate.
Meanwhile they continue to steal my work by using illegal spying and they
continue to kill me nonchalantly.
Also these bastards use the nice Princess Joy (as a
hostage) to keep me in a blackmails
situation. They deprived her of her work allocations since 2009 (against
the French laws) when they made voluntary an
administrative mistake to not renew her residence permit only for her to lose her
job in a hostel and put her again in a very difficult situation when I was far
to her without money nor real freedom.
Recently a bad owner who rented to Princess Joy a studio accused her to
have not paid some rents (that is wrong) but it’s just to make a complaint against me and ask me to pay because
I was caution of her rent. Moreover she was victim of bad cops that arrested
her with no reason and ask her now to pay a ticket completely illegal.
So I made a complaint in front of the Court of Rennes for her defense
despite the appalling corruption of this city and this country.
I am making now my last complaint against the Judges of Rennes for the
illegal curatorship they keep and the illegal medical control I am victim in
link with the “Bug” on the sales of my books and the Crash Car. That is meaning
it is a complaint (against the French state).
Despite the attempts on my freedom, illegal and outrageous I have all my
civil rights in France, the right to run a business or manage a company, the
right to open a bank account in another country or the right to leave France (for
example). I have never been sentenced by
the French Courts of Justice or in any other countries of the world. My life
and all my life course are clearer without reprehensible activities and I am
acting since long time in good ways to ameliorate in better the life of lot of peoples
(or the societies) as we
can see in all my works.
To be sure there is no criminal confusions with my identity (in
hypothesis of bad cops illegal actions) I complained in France to the “Commission of Data & Freedom” (CNIL
“Commission Nationale Informatique & Libertés” in Paris) so they can investigate in the French Police Ministry (Ministère
de l’Intérieur) to search if there is some
illegal hidden files used to bring me harms particularly in my international
relationships or my requests for assistance.
I can’t say now how many time I can endure this appalling situation
whereas I do my best to negotiate some good business (or
contracts) with French, European or
American companies showing all the beautiful works (&
master peaces) I am doing with my beloved
girlfriends (& love associates)
In view of the implications of the French state and influential
personalities who do not respect any laws (or any
human consideration) I have absolutely no hope in
Rennes or in France and I do my best to leave this country. I ask myself too why
the Switzerland still have no really answer to grant me a humanitary Visa as
the United Kingdom in 2015 or the USA since 2010 & 2014.
So I wrote my Will (Testament) perfectly legal and acceptable the 01 October 2015 with all the
evidence of my abilities, skills and good psychological feeling proven by my
works, letters, writings or by the pragmatic management I am able to do with my
company “Golden Spring (Provisory)” (or his beautiful Blog “Golden Spring’s Consulting”)
This Will is written in favor of
Princess Joy ABU (Born in Benin City Nigeria the 9 September 1985) & Princess “Coconut’s” (Who cleaned at the train station of Rennes in 2010) in consideration of the big value of my works. The beautiful “Coconut’s
(So Class & Sool)
is the beautiful Star of our musical comedy “Planet Joy” (in
2010 before the joy in the asylum). She also inspired me lot of
beautiful love song of our album “Song’s fly” as some other nice girlfriends in
the city of Rennes (listed in his prior Will written in 2014). I ask also to pursue complaints I made until the success of the lawsuit
in the evidence of the crimes we are victims.

between what should be my situation (flying love millionaires in freedom) and the cruel sufferings of every day under a shower of corruption,
cruelty and one of the most inhumane indifference.

Messieurs,
De même qu'il semble que nous nous
connaissons depuis bien longtemps je me permets déjà de proposer à Mr François
Pinault bien connu comme grand amateur d'art contemporain de faire
éventuellement l'acquisition de magnifiques dessins, esquisses ou œuvres
graphiques dont je suis l'auteur.
Tel en est d'avis
d'experts on peut retrouver dans mon style certaines vérités qui pourraient
s'apparenter à la fois à CHAGAL, VAN GOGH ou même PICASSO. Dans tous les cas
vous apprécierez sans aucun doute les magnifiques dessins de petits formats "Always
for ever" (à l'encre de mon sang) dont certains sont
exposés dans mon projet de film "Stacey les avions" qui
rappelle le contexte dans lequel j'ai été amené à créer ces œuvres sous la
menace même d'y laisser ma vie (envoi possible si mail accepté supérieur à 8
Mo).

une partie de ces dessins dans un e-book (Create Space - Amazon) mais
les ventes sont généralement bloquées par un "bug" politique &
criminel comme tous mes autres livres qui sont d'ailleurs généralement des
"best sellers" n'ayant rien d'autre à se reprocher. Il en est surtout
de vols comme d'usurpations dont je suis victime et contre lesquels j'ai porté
plainte en France comme aux USA sans autre réponse que davantage de
maltraitance ou de corruption dans la ville de Rennes où je réside depuis 2007

Toutes ces œuvres originales de 1981
comme ces dessins de mode ou au crayon gras jusqu'en 2010 comme les manuscrits
de "Planete Joy" sont en ma possession actuellement à
mon domicile & bureau de ma société "Golden Spring's Consulting"

Je peux également proposer à la vente

Aussi surprenant que cela puisse
paraitre je suis en train de créer une importante société de production,
création & d'édition de musiques, comédies musicales, clips ou livres BG°
GOLDEN SA mais j'ai rencontré dans la ville de Rennes bien des difficultés
comme vous pourrez le voir par exemple dans le document "Plainte
Conseil Régional & Mairie (bilan & compléments)" avec des
préjudices qui s'élèvent à plus de 400 millions d'euro. Cette affaire qui prend
ses origines principalement à Paris en 2004 dans le XVIIIe arrondissement est

sommaire) pour que l'on puisse consulter facilement la plupart des éléments

Je souhaite
maintenant me donner les moyens financiers de quitter la France pour
m'installer dans un autre pays d'Europe. Je précise que je n'ai rien à me
reprocher de condamnable de même que je n'ai jamais été condamné en France
comme dans aucun pays du monde je ne peux endurer davantage de telles atteintes
à mes libertés comme de vols de mes œuvres, consulting ou "propriété
intellectuelle". J'entends bien en terminer avec ce calvaire par tous
moyens. J'ai même entamé des démarches d'adoption d'une nouvelle nationalité
Russe ou Britannique.

En complément de notre correspondance
précédente je me permets de vous adresser quelques documents supplémentaires
& particulièrement mon courrier "PRODUCTION Demande de Financement
(Départ de France 2016)" comme l'inventaire de mes biens 2015 de même
que les magnifiques dessins de ma comédie musicale "Planete
Joy" avec la bien jolie Coconut's (dans la série "in
captivity" en 2010)

Si toutefois vous ne seriez pas
intéressé par l'acquisition de certaines œuvres graphiques ou littéraires sans
doute connaissez-vous des personnes susceptibles de l'être. Il suffirait alors
de convenir à Rennes d'un rendez-vous d'expertise en présence d'un Avocat(e)
pour convenir de montants d'achats au regard du marché international actuel des
arts.
De même si je me suis permis de vous faire parvenir le récapitulatif des
plaintes & préjudices dont je suis victime à Rennes depuis 2007 ("Plainte
Conseil Régional & Mairie") pour un préjudice de plus de 400
millions d'euro c'est principalement que vous êtes de la région et que vous
avez sans doute des relations qui pourraient permettre d'éviter une tragédie
des plus injustes en facilitant les transactions financières qui me sont dûes.
Je considère bien sûr toujours des frais pour ces négociations diplomatiques
& juridiques. Par ailleurs pour la petite histoire je me suis rappelé vous
avoir remis un courrier concernant mon projet de comédie musicale "Orphée
& Sandy" à Paris en 2001 ou 2002 aux bureaux du Printemps rue
de Provence.
Je pense également que
par l'intermédiaire de relations que vous avez particulièrement avec des
personnes Noires Africaines influentes mon courrier "PRODUCTION Demande
de Financement (Départ de France 2016)" les concerne également de même
que des Noirs Américains fortunés qui pourront le cas échéant faire suivre ce
courrier aux personnes, collectivités, sociétés ou individus concernés. Vous
avez pû voir en effet je pense à travers nombre de mes œuvres magnifiques la
grande importance que j'ai témoigné aux peuples d'Afrique ou cultures Noires
dans le monde qui de toute évidence ont bénéficié (d'une manière ou d'une
autre) depuis plus de 15 années de tous les apports & créations
artistiques ou culturelles que j'ai pû faire en leur faveur dans un sens de
paix, de prospérité ou d'humanité(e). Il en est pour eux également je
pense une affaire de conscience car je crève ici à Rennes chaque jour davantage
frappé d'une injustice & d'une corruption révoltante bien que je sois l'un
des plus grand auteurs de notre époque de même que l'un des meilleurs musiciens
ainsi qu'un Conseiller international de grand cœur.

Je suis
désolé de ne pas me rappeler du nom de Mr le Préfet de Bretagne bien que j’ai
consulté son profil sur le Web il y a un peu moins de 2 mois, une date depuis
laquelle j’attends d’avoir la possibilité de rédiger ce courrier tant mes
affaires professionnelles me demandent de temps de même surtout que je dois me
préserver de bien des individus malfaisants à Rennes particulièrement ainsi que
survivre à une maltraitance des plus cruelles & indignes surtout à l’égard
de l’homme de bien que je suis qui a de plus accompli une œuvre culturelle
& artistique magnifique des plus prodigieuses pour bien des populations internationales
comme bien des améliorations de sociétés génératrices aussi de bien des
richesses & des fortunes dont je suis actuellement spolié à Rennes en
France sur une marché culturel international qui représente plus de 3000
milliards d’euro & de dollars chaque année soit environ près de 75 000
milliards d’euro sur une période de 25 années particulièrement depuis que je
suis victime de façon cyclique du vol de mes œuvres comme de mes créations de
sociétés ou de mes stratégies de succès d’autant plus remarquables que je me
retrouve régulièrement bien malgré à devoir survivre dans des conditions très
difficiles où je fais même preuve de capacités de résilience extraordinaires
comme d’un équilibre psychologique plutôt hors du commun.
J’ai
rapidement remarqué sur le Web que Mr le Préfet avait suivi ses études à l’ENA
de même qu’il avait participé à l’organisation des Jeux Olympiques
d’Alberville, une ville & une région que je connais bien puisque je suis né
à Grenoble avant de retourner habiter à Paris à l’âge de 17 ans, la ville dont
est originaire ma famille (bien que ma
mère a des origines Espagnoles du côté de son père) avant que je sois
déraciné malgré moi à Rennes depuis 2007. J’ai même assisté à l’âge de 4 ans à
l’ouverture des Jeux Olympiques de Grenoble en 1968 qui avaient vu notre
champion « Jean-Claude Killy » couronné de succès par une triple
médaille d’Or sur les pistes noires de la magnifique station de ski de
« Chamrousse » qui est d’ailleurs l’une de mes stations préférées.
C’est
pourquoi je pense que Mr le Préfet de Bretagne doit porter une attention toute
particulière à ce que l’on appelle « la loyauté » de même que le

rien à voir avec de la « médecine » mais relève de commerce, de
corruption & de « politique » bien que je ne fasse pas de
« politique ».
Vous
remarquerez dans cette nouvelle plainte de Mars 2016 que nous demandons avec
mes Avocat(e)s un dédommagement des
préjudices de 100 000 euro par jour de détention à la suite d’un
« traumatisme » de cet internement estimé à 600 000 euro en
raison particulièrement que je suis l’un des meilleurs musiciens bassiste au
monde ainsi que l’un des plus grands auteurs de France, scénariste de renommée
internationale ainsi que manager d’une société internationale d’édition &
de productions artistiques & culturelle « BG° GOLDEN SA » (en cours d’enregistrement) avec de
conséquence des préjudices à hauteur de 1.6 millions d’euro pour chaque mois
que je passerais encore dans la ville de Rennes privé de mes libertés par une
mesure de « HDT » des plus illégales de même que frappé également d’une
curatelle des plus illégales assurée actuellement par l’APASE qui porte de
graves préjudices au développement de mes affaires professionnelles comme à ma
vie. On pourra d’ailleurs constater toutes les preuves que j’apporte de mes
grandes compétences comme de la valeur de mes œuvres ou encore de mes capacités
psychologiques remarquables dans mon Blog Pro « GOLDEN SPRING’S
CONSULTING » (sur GOOGLE depuis Juillet
2014) ainsi que les faits criminels comme la corruption dont je suis
victime à Rennes par les témoignages que je publie également sur ce Blog
international qui connait une forte fréquentation (plus de 240 000 visites à ce jour) avec particulièrement la
France, les USA, la Russie, la Pologne ou encore l’Allemagne comme le
Royaume-Uni ou la Chine. Toute cette criminalité dont je suis victime a bien
lieu de toute évidence en raison des immenses profits que génèrent mes œuvres à
succès qui appartiennent aux 20% des plus plaisantes en comparaison de ce qui
existe sur ces marchés artistiques. Ces vols & ces crimes s’inscrivent dans
le prolongement de ce que j’ai déjà enduré à Paris précédemment de 2004 à 2006
comme il en avait été également de 1992 à 2003 en lien avec un accident de
voiture le « Crash Car » dont j’ai été victime à Paris en Juin 1987 (voir le document «TESTIMONY - Crash-Car (2015)
french ») . En 2004 particulièrement j’ai été soudain victime à Paris
dans le XVIIIe d’un harcèlement « de sales flics » suivi par de
nombreuses malfaisances & agressions alors que je préparais une comédie
musicale magnifique « Orphée & Sandy » (adaptée librement de l’Opéra) avec la création de ma société de
production « e-Orphée SA » assortie de toute une stratégie de
production ainsi que de l’écriture d’une œuvre littéraire extraordinaire « The World’s Projective
Project° » (« WPP° »). J’étais de même déjà l’un des meilleurs
musiciens bassiste au monde comme le prouvent les vidéos que j’ai enregistré à
cette époque en préparation notamment d’un grand film unique dans l’histoire du
cinéma « The Best Crazy Bass Player
in World » destiné à un grand succès international.
Vous noterez
que je n’ai rien contre une « Police » loyale de société d’autant que
je n’ai rien à me reprocher dans ma vie. J’ai même rédigé en Automne 2014 &
début 2015 la Bible d’une série TV magnifique « San Antonio » adaptée de l’œuvre extraordinaire de
« Frédéric Dard » avec une philosophie & un style des plus
appréciables.
Pour
préciser rapidement les présentations je suis moi-même issu d’une grande école
de management « l’EDC Paris-la-Défense » (en 1988) avec une spécialisation en marketing international &
publicité avec ensuite un diplôme de « réalisateur de film cinéma
Tv » (& scénariste) de la
grande école de cinéma « 3IS » (en
1992) à l’ouest de Paris ainsi que d’une Licence de « Concepteur
Multimédias Web » à « l’IMCAD Paris » (en 2000) suivie par l’écriture d’une Thèse de Sociologie
« GO ! (Thesis) » (Grand
Oiseau de lumière) sur la stimulation des sociétés grâce aux dynamiques
culturelles de 2003 à 2006 à Paris (avec
la musique pour métaphore) reprise ensuite en 2014 à Rennes alors que je
voulais préparer la soutenance en accord avec « l’Université de Paris
Dauphine » où l’un de mes amis est d’ailleurs professeur d’économie.
Je suis
également bilingue « American-English » dans mes domaines d’activités
avec encore 25 années de pratique & de composition musicales (Basse, Piano, Chant & claviers).
L’une de mes sociétés « GOLDEN SPRING (PROVISORY) » (SAS) destinée
particulièrement à l’édition de mes livres n’a toujours pas pû être
immatriculée au RCS en raison de la curatelle abusive qui me frappe. Je gère
cependant 40 références de mes œuvres en Books papiers & e-book commercialisés
sur le Web qui intéresse un marché Francophone, Anglophone & même mondial
pour mes œuvres graphiques avec encore 50 œuvres en attente d’être publiées si
je n’étais victime depuis 2011 d’un « Bug » politique & criminel
qui bloque les ventes de mes ouvrages sur le Web me privant ainsi de royalties
très importants. Ces ouvrages ne sont d’ailleurs que des Best Sellers qui n’ont
rien de reprochable. Ce
« Bug » concernait tout d’abord les sociétés françaises « The
Book Edition » & « Bookelis » (groupe Hachette) jusqu’en 2014 mais il s’est reproduit bien étrangement
avec les sociétés Américaines « Create Space Amazon » &
« KDP Amazon » avec lesquelles je suis sous contrat depuis 2015 alors
même que je paye de ce fait des impôts au Trésor Américain sur mes Royalies (Droits d’Auteur). Si les
« autorités françaises » Gouvernement, Présidence, Ambassades &
« Affaires Etrangères » n’ont absolument rien fait pour faire lever
ce « Bug » criminel qui porte de graves atteintes à mes droits
d’auteur comme au développement de ma société il en a été de même aux USA ce
qui m’a obligé à déposer des plaintes en Justice avec des demandes d’enquêtes
par les services de Police internationaux.
Comme on
peut le lire dans les derniers courriers de demande d’aide internationale
d’urgence & la plainte que j’ai rédigé au cours de cet internement de Mars
2016 je suis même menacé par « Mr Levêque » (le psy du CMP & Guillaume Régnier) d’injection de produits
toxiques en mesure de me détruire le cerveau ou de me handicaper gravement voir
même tout simplement de me tuer suite à des erreurs « comme par

Il est clair
que la corruption, les vols, les crimes & les graves atteintes à mes
libertés dont je suis victime à Rennes impliquent directement « des sales
flics » corrompus des plus ignobles en complicité de personnalités « politiques »
comme de crapules ou de « faiseurs de fric » en lien avec certaines «
autorités françaises » actuelles de même que certaines « autorités Américaines »
qui impliquent très probablement « Mr Obama » comme il en a été
démontré avec de nombreuses preuves à l’appui pour des montants financiers
colossaux de même que bien des enjeux de « popularité ».
Je crois
savoir que le Préfet d’une région en France est « le représentant de
l’Etat » qui par conséquent dispose non seulement de « grands
pouvoirs » mais encore doit pouvoir obtenir très rapidement des
explications auprès déjà des entités mises en accusation dans la région
Bretagne pour ce qui les concerne à savoir « La Mairie de Rennes »,
« le Conseil régional de Bretagne », « l’Hôtel de Police »,
les différents Tribunaux (TG, TGI,
Tribunal de commerce, Tribunal Administratif » & Cour d’Appel »),

Je suis donc
bien victime à Rennes en France d’une maltraitance des plus ignobles sous la

immédiate de cette « HDT » abusive & illégale compte tenu des
preuves de bonne santé apportées par Mr Emmanuel DIGNAT depuis fort longtemps
devant les Juges des Libertés. Il en est de même de la levée immédiate de cette
curatelle abusive assurée actuellement par l’APASE compte tenu de toutes les
preuves que Mr Emmanuel DIGNAT a apporté de ses grandes compétences en matière
de bonne gestion de ses affaires professionnelles comme de sa vie ou de son
quotidien de survie à « 130 euro » hebdomadaire. De même nous
demandons que toutes les plaintes recevables, légitimes & légales déposées
par Mr Emmanuel DIGNAT depuis 2014 devant les tribunaux de Rennes soient jugées
en toute priorité de manière objective ce qui devrait pouvoir ordonner de
conséquence comme de toute évidence les paiements des honoraires réclamés par
Mr Emmanuel DIGNAT comme les paiement de ses dommages & intérêts à
l’échelle des dimensions internationales & financières de cette affaire

responsabilités dans le « Bug » criminel sur les ventes des Books

Paris comme sur l’international.

toujours maintenu dans une situation d’emprisonnement
« administratif » dans la ville de Rennes également sous menaces
& chantage qui non seulement porte de graves atteintes au développement
professionnel de mes activités comme à ma vie mais encore me laisse endurer régulièrement
des violations & agressions des plus révoltantes (voir

C’est pourquoi vu la grande beauté
des œuvres artistiques & culturelles internationales que nous souhaitons
produire ensemble & vu la fortune actuelle que représente mes œuvres je

Sur le plan juridique je n’ai bien
sûr rien à me reprocher. J’ai apporté depuis bien longtemps toutes les preuves de mes

GOOGLE) de même que suite à de nouveaux crimes dont j’ai été
victime à Rennes j’ai créé au mois de Mai 2016 un nouveau Blog juridique
destiné à présenter une grande partie des documents, preuves, courriers,
plaintes & démonstrations que l’on peut alors consulter avec une grande
facilité de même que pouvoir y apprécier encore certaines œuvres présentées à
titre de preuves « PLAINTE 707 INTERNATIONALE (des Voleurs & Killer de Dreams) » (sur
GOOGLE).
Cette démarche relationnelle professionnelle
loin de mes origines parisiennes est pour moi très difficile d’autant que je
devrais être en mesure depuis longtemps de pouvoir négocier des partenariats ou
associations tout en étant moi-même fortuné (&
financier). Je vous demande alors compte tenu de la situation
des plus cruelles & injustes que je dois endurer chaque jour après déjà
plus de 12 années de calvaire sous menaces comme de ma vie gâchée je vous demande

territoire français le plus rapidement possible pour aller m’établir à Genève,
Amsterdam, Londres ou encore Saint-Pétersbourg dans un premier temps. J’ai
d’ailleurs entamé des démarches officielles en ce sens avec les gouvernements
concernés (voir les courriers
« DIPLOMACY »). J’en ai bien sûr tous les droits bien
que je sois toujours victime d’une curatelle abusive en attente de jugement à
la Cour d’Appel de Rennes (voir
« JUGE TUTELLES (COUR D’APPEL LEVEE CURATELLE 2016) » &
« DROIT INTERNATIONAL & CURATELLE ABUSIVE LOCALE »).
Je reste cependant très méfiant quand aux fonds qui pourraient m’être versés
sur mon compte bancaire contrôlé par le curateur APASE étant donné que ces malfaisants
criminels de Rennes & Paris pourraient trouver prétexte au blocage de ces
fonds de même qu’ils n’ont pas hésité en Mars & Avril 2016 par deux fois à
venir briser la porte de mon appartement pour me mener à l’asile de Rennes
avant que j’en sois libéré par la Cour d’Appel qui en a Jugé toutes les
illégalités mais les menaces existent toujours (voir

Sur la plan de la Justice je n’ai
absolument rien à me reprocher en France comme dans le monde et même bien au
contraire lorsque l’on voit la grande beauté ou la magnifique pertinence des
œuvres internationales dont je suis l’auteur (voir
« SURFING ON BUSINESS », «Œuvres & Consulting (Lieux & dates
de création, publication ou diffusion) 02 french », « Œuvres,
Consulting & Personnalités (Listing) », « EVENT COOL HIGH SCHOOL
JUNIOR (Hits by Children) », &
« FONDATION BE HAPPY »). Vous pourrez ainsi apprécier également
les montants financiers concernés par la valeur de mes œuvres sur un marché
international de plus de 3000 milliards d’euro & de dollars chaque année.
C’est pourquoi si je peux accepter des financements minimaux de 200 000 ou
500 000 euro pour que je puisse déménager avec des contrats professionnels
ou financiers je pense plutôt à des financements de l’ordre de 5 ou 6 millions
d’euro voir plus importants encore dans des perspectives de productions (voir les documents « EXPERTISES »,
« PLAINTES 707 »).
Je pense qu’il n’est pas très
difficile d’organiser par exemple la visite d’un (ou
d’une Avocate) à Rennes avec peut-être même un Huissier de
Justice dont je couvrirai les frais pour préparer mon départ de France &
convenir de financements comme de contrats, de même compte tenu du caractère
abusif & illégal de la curatelle dont je suis victime de me faire parvenir
simplement des mandats ou même une carte bancaire avec un compte ouvert dans un
autre pays en attendant les possibilités de régularisation fiscale. Il en est
encore de propositions de contrats professionnels ou d’engagements financiers que
je peux recevoir par e-mail comme de garanties supplémentaires que je pourrais
apporter à votre demande.
Bien que je suis issu de grandes
écoles de Management (EDC PARIS)
& de Cinéma-TV (3IS) ainsi qu’auteur d’une
thèse de Sociologie (« GO ! (Thesis) »)
vous savez peut-être que je suis maintenu dans une situation de maltraitance
effroyable avec seulement 130 euro hebdomadaire pour survivre chaque jour sous
une corruption des plus révoltante & criminelle (voir

encore je pense l’appréciation de mes compétences comme de ma force psychologique
ou encore de ma grande détermination & ma croyance en ma demande de Justice
lorsque l’on sait toute la beauté des œuvres que j’arrive malgré tout à produire
& créer dans une telle situation des plus indignes & cruelles.
A la suite de mon départ de France je
m’occuperai également d’assister à distance les déménagements de certaines de
mes proches compagnes (ou associées)
de même que je poursuivrai toutes mes demandes de Justice, de paiements &
de réparation de préjudices par tous moyens en légitime défense.
