Je suis musicien, auteur & manager. Avec ma demande de Justice exprimée dans « Press Conference » nous verrons que je suis bien victime dans la ville de Rennes d’un « emprisonnement administratif » sous curatelle abusive & menace de « HDT » Psy (hospitalisation à la demande d’un tiers) des plus illégales dans le but de maintenir un système de chantage des plus cruels afin de permettre la poursuite des vols ou pillages de mes œuvres, consulting & stratégies de succès pour des enjeux internationaux, des profits & des montants financiers colossaux sur un marché culturel international de plus de 3000 milliards d’euro chaque année soit environ de 78 000 milliards d’euro & dollars depuis plus de 26 années où je suis victime de ces vols, pillages & violations. Tout cela sous une corruption silencieuse des plus étranges des Tribunaux alors que « la Police » (ou plutôt « sales flics » en ce cas ») semble bien agir dans un sens contraire à toute idée du sens de Justice que demande leur Job. Il s’agit encore d’une forme de « terrorisme » psychologique que je dois endurer depuis plus de 12 années sous la privation & la spoliation de mes revenus sous contrôle illégale de mes comptes bancaires alors que je n’ai jamais été condamné ni commis de malfaisance en France comme dans n’importe quel pays du monde. Je dois encore souffrir d’un « Bug » criminel qui bloque les ventes internationales de mes ouvrages sur le Web depuis 2011 (déjà 40 références book & e-book avec 50 œuvres en attente d’être publiées) que je gère avec ma société « Golden Spring (Provisory)» (une SAS non immatriculée au RCS pour cause de curatelle abusive). Ce « Bug » révoltant me prive donc des importants revenus de mes droits d’auteurs alors que je suis maintenu en exil dans la ville de Rennes en Bretagne où j’ai été déraciné malgré moi depuis 2007 suite à la curatelle abusive dont j’ai été victime.

Chose étrange, ce fameux « Deporter » était revenu rôder à Rennes dans l’environnement de l’immeuble où je réside juste avant le « Cass Computer » de Mars & Avril 2014. Ces types agissent bien sûr en lien et sous couvert de la Police « Officielle » locale & bien évidemment des « pouvoirs politiques locaux » comme la « Mairie » ou le « Conseil Régional » par exemple qui trouvent en toute logique bien des profits à de telles opérations surtout quand il s’agit par exemple de vols d’intelligence stratégique (& de fortunes)

Voilà bien de quoi ne pas être rassuré mais en amène à conclure qu’il faudrait alors diviser au moins de moitié le budget du « Ministère de l’Intérieur » (& des polices locales) puisque la véritable « Police » (de sales flics) existe en vérité en parallèle à ce Ministère (& en toute illégalité) & anti-constitutionalité. De même que le « Ministère de la Justice » ne sert pratiquement plus à rien. Cela représente donc plusieurs centaines de milliards d’euro d’économie chaque année (& de taxes en moins pour les ménages) pour une belle augmentation donc du pouvoir d’achat (des ménages) dans une dynamique de relance économique (par les possibilités de satisfaire ses besoins) avec alors en toute certitude une forte baisse (des vols à l‘étalage)

Les nobles citoyens comme je le suis qui seraient éventuellement inquiétés par ces véritables « truands de flics » en mon cas pourraient alors avoir le droit d’acheter une arme en vente libre pour se défendre en légitime défense (ou payer des tueurs pros). Voilà encore une heureuse soirée à « Renna la Salopa » in « Francia la puta » ou en réponse (à ses love songs) je me retrouve à devoir témoigner avec encore des histoires d’armes, de sales flics ou de truands. Je suis pressé de quitter le territoire « français » sans oublier que ces salauds devront payer tout ce qu’ils me doivent (ils ont les factures)

Voici maintenant le courrier que j’ai adressé à mes grands amis Américains (de longue date), le cinéaste Steven Spielberg avec le CEO de la société de production « Dreamworks Studio » de même que le CEO de « Universal Music Group » (c’est le Boss de Pascal Nègre) qui est bien en effet le Nègre de « Universal » comme je suis d’ailleurs (« le Nègre de la France ») mais c’est bien malgré moi. Je suis bien désolé à nouveau encore mais je n’ai pas eu le temps (de faire la traduction en français)

Dear Steven & Dear friends

I am very happy to see you again since all the time our destinies are meeting (& leaving far away) but so near in the life, near in our hearts too (& in the world). At first you will be happy to read a beautiful funny conference “Do your own movie” I put in citation in my Sociology Thesis “GO ! (Thesis)” talking about the mysterious meeting (Not “Close Encounters of the Third Kind”) a love meeting I done in a Denny’s Restaurant in Las Vegas after a car chase with Steven friends driving big trucks on the road from Los Angeles to Las Vegas at the time I was just finished my first studies in the high business school “EDC PARIS” (in Paris-La-Defense Towers). May be Dear Steven you hoped I make a remake of “Duel” but instead of risk to lose my life again I prefered to stop my car and do my own movie (with his own destiny) as we can see in the beautiful screenplay (born of this historical day) “It’s no my fault” (It’s the fault of happiness). This a short extract of this love story mentioned in my Sociology Thesis about “learning”

I'm always on the road from Los Angeles to Las Vegas driving (his beautiful car) by racing with big trucks (so funny !) that run in background greeting me in passing when they are around me ("The Kings of the road") friends of a good friend (of course)

        This beautiful car chase (with the "Big Trucks on the road") reminds me the first film "a little crazy" Steven made just after his movie school (California University School of Cinema). I know however that the shooting was not easy, of course that needs lot of talents, efforts but there is always some risks to make this film called "Duel" (French translation of the title is the same than in American) with these Big Trucks which are driving at full speed on the roads of the desert in the northeast of Los Angeles, we find now our poor Steven with his camera

   … so he can shoot well the action (closer to the action) often with the big trucks going at full speed, giving a swerved at the last moment (Steven was obliged to change his cap every day), there was even on the set (a special lovely assistant) just to carry his big box of new caps ! We not forget to mention the large tanker ready to explode at any moment, turns, slippages, all engaged in a diabolical truck chase with our dear Steven still attached to the front of the car with his camera (and his cap of the day) he is now on the mountain side, rolling faster (and faster) with again more skidding in the more dangerous road bends and we do not to mention a road bend became very famous in the history of cinema, it is precisely the turn (they have missed !) driving too fast to stop finally in skidding at the edge of ravine with a final brake facing the abyss of emptiness

About our extraordinary destinies, Dear Steven, I have the big advantage to be more young than you which means to know what mistakes we must not do and how to do best movies in best place (in the Box Office). As “The brothers Light” (Les frères Lumière) in France & “Thomas Edison” in the USA (who was dancing the Madison) we find sometimes very good movie ideas for peoples (and make big international success). For example I wrote in 1989 a staggering synopsis “The Meteor” that came on Earth from space so mysteriously and attracts lot of peoples from all the world feeling that there is “a presence of life” (inside the Meteor) and all the great philosophical thinking we can have about (love) & all the extraordinary dimensions we can feel in the infinity life (of the Universe of light). It is so better than (the stupid story) of “E.T.” just a stuffed toy for mentally deficient peoples, so Dear Steven (sorry for your plush animal) you can imagine the big success we can do with some better screenplays as I write !

Other similar destinies we have some years after in 1994 when I was writing (after his movie school “3is” in Paris) when I was writing the beautiful TV series Bible “All Fire All Woman” (“Tout Feu Tout Femme”). Beyond the title this French expression means that the women are very fervent in life (when they want to do something). This original series is showing to peoples the daily life of an emergency rescue team of fireman (managed by a nice woman) with an inquiry parallel plot around the accident (or the crime) by peoples who are not policeman (as we can see in the good US series “ Person of Interest”). In evidence of the great interest for peoples (& big success) I argued this nice Bible telling all the benefits for peoples & the society in psychological, social or financial aspects with the main hope there is less accidents (or crimes) less suffering and more lifes saved as some rescue teams have tried to save my own life when I was victim of a criminal “Crash Car” in 1987 in Paris which left me as dead (if the Divinities had not come to do a miracle). I saw all the best TV producers in Paris but they didn’t give me my chance (except encouragements) and except “Gaumont TV” with “Pathé TV” who asked me to write a similar Tv Bible with the French medical emergency rescue organization (The “SAMU”) and I did better with the extreme emergency medical rescue (The SMUR) who have less than 12 minutes to come anywhere (as fast as possible) to try to save a life in the most extreme situation of death or life ! (as it is necessary today to save our good author). I didn’t call this Tv series “Urgences” (“ER “) but “Ultimate Seconds” (“Ultimes Secondes”) with all the feeling & good mind for a great success but after a time I asked news and I learned that the Artistic Director had left the company and I was paid only (in monkey money)

Our friend Steven cautions that there is no special link between “ER” & “ET” (Only a lake of imagination) “Or a lack of time” says Steven (appearing with his new cap) and he also reminds that he sold “ET” to Universal Studio (It was too washed) in exchange for a small domestic dinosaur (just to mow the lawn of the garden)

Still dying after my clever Bible “Ultimate Seconds” I saw several month later a movie TV with the same subject in 2 episodes who made the best TV audience on the French channel “France 2” (more than 42 %) and better in the second episode ! We can see well Dear Steven that there is in France some producers (most stupid than “E.T.!”) with mental disabilities (on the money aspect particularly) and it is them who are dying today when they see the great success of “Urgences” this very good TV series (Produced by Steven) in the similar ways of my TV Bibles and I suppose (for these stupid French producers) there is a risk of cardiac syncope when they will see (the results accounts of this series)
 
I think the pertinent concepts of this 2 TV series Bibles are still available today and I am writing some new one as “ By love for her” (“Par Amour pour Elle”) an extraordinary chase for death around the world after a nice man (innocent) researched by all the Police of the world (for a crime he didn’t commit).  I proposed recently to the Company “EUROPACORP” (Studio de Paris) to finance the development of this international TV series Bible. Located in Paris to produce cinema or TV movie (with a big movie Studio) this is the company of the French movie maker “Luc Besson” (very successful with his new movie “LUCY”) he have although a special page in our funny Blog “Golden Spring’s Consulting” telling the truth (about the story of “Lucy”) and I suggested to them also to finance another TV Bible I am writing intended at first for the European market “San Antonio” (a revolutionary funny police Tv series) the free adaptation of the masterful work of the great French novelist “Frédéric Dard” (250 million books sold). We must know that the charming “San Antonio” is a civil police commissioner (very particular) because he likes to joke and to tell what he thinks about everything in the society (or the police philosophy) and he appreciates particularly (the beautiful chicks)

You can see well now Dear Steven (& Dear friends) that I continue to suggest some big success to the producers (for the good happiness of peoples) waiting for good answers for all this nice productions that my company is able to create & manage in supervisation (and in an emergency situation) to go back to Paris, the city where I come from originally to develop our business or to establish my company in another country than France if necessary. Before to present the beautiful cinema movie “A Song” (Birth of a Star) that will enjoy you and have a look after on the incredible film trilogy “Do your best” following by the musical comedy “Kilimandjaro” (to enjoy the heart of the planet) you will be now very surprised to discover the following of this extraordinary success story (in the backstage) because instead of living (a happy life of lovers millionaires) in fact it’s more me that needs to call somebody not corrupted as “San Antonio” (or Colombo) because I am victim in the city of Rennes in France of thefts of my works, illegal official spying, threats, blackmail or serious wounds and all my complaints to the Court are systematically hampered by corruption concerning some serious facts (& evidences) and the very big financial amounts that represents my works (& master pieces)

When we know I endure these thefts & crimes since more than 10 years as it was already in Paris from 1999 to 2006 before I came against my wants (half dead) in the city of Rennes in 2007 I’m sure you will (chart a Jet Plane) to come and deliver us from this bad killing powers.
Actually in despite of my abilities, skills (or talents to make fortune) I am surviving under threats & blackmail by an illegal “medical monitoring” (HDT) as pretext to arrest me so easy when these officials thieves & killers dread my successes to win money, leave this city or when they see (by spying) that I demonstrate all the evidence of their crimes. They force me illegally to take a medical treatment as a poison that kills (his future babies) and I must endure an accounting control also illegal by a curator willingly unable just to make troubles in my life and my work. On other ways I am regularly victim of assault when I go outside in this city I don’t know well (or around his home & artistic office) to trouble our peace without limit to their cruelty until causing me a bacterial wound to my leg (or cranial bones) that makes me suffer for more than one year using bacteria as weapon.

The beginning of this “crime story” I am victim begins with a Crash Car in June 1987 then a first illegal arrest in Paris in summer 2004 (to put him suddenly to the asylum) when I was writing and composing a beautiful musical comedy “Orphee & Sandy” (free funny adaptation of the Opera) as well I was writing a nice book “The World’s Projective Project°”  (for peace, love & prosperity) today published in 3 books “The Earth is pink as love” (La Terre est rose comme un amour), multicolor as a rainbow, “07 milliards love, lights ways for easy world” & “flying Ideas”. At the same time I was looking for funding for the production of this nice musical comedy deliberately intended to a great international success (so happy in life) then suddenly there was lot of problems all around in my life in everything I was doing, aggressions in the street, many dirty cops provocations on my way, the complaints that I filed in Court of Justice were not followed by legal actions until the day they came when I was coming back to my home and put me suddenly in an psychiatric hospital (asylum) called “Maison Blanche” (White House) it’s not a joke, during 52 days under drug poison with the corrupt diagnostic saying “he heard voices” (probably the divinities from heaven). So these “official” criminals (into links with politicians, bad competitors & thieves) broke my life, my projects (his heart) after stealing my works and not paying my fees. Step by step (day after day) I was in the success to rise again (to the Top) with the faithful help of very nice girlfriends as Princess Joy (& others) working on my books again, writing the screenplay of “The Best Crazy Bass Player in World’s !” (with the recording of video scenes) an original movie unique in the history of cinema being myself one of the best bassist player in the world as my good friends Marcus Miller or the great musician Stanley Clark (wearing hats slap). 

I was determined to ask for Justice and ready to leave the French territory while writing a beautiful Sociology Thesis (with lot of terms of music languages) about the creative cultural waves as stimulation for peoples to generate a dynamic of revival and rebirth of life but again the bad politics & dirty business networks prepared to hit in the back, still spying my home (and his computer) they made serious troubles to some of my girlfriends until the day in 2006 I learned they killed the nice mum of my lovely girlfriend “Princess Joy” poisoned in Nigeria to brake our hearts (and do cruel provocations after) the world has collapsed for Princess Joy, her very nice mum “Roselyn” was as my own mother (& friend) but in our infinite sorrow an extraordinary “light of life for love ” is born (as a world miracle) to help us to survive and give us courage to continue to do beautiful things in the life (under the immensity of the destiny)

Several months later while I was working hard as fast as possible to have soon a good situation this bastards came back again in my home to arrest me a second time (so illegally as the first time) and put me in another asylum (most luxurious) during more than 3 months (instead of being with his girlfriend to comfort her) and began to kill me day after day using medical poison. At the beginning I was continuing to finish my Sociology Thesis (writing in his large black notebooks) then after I have had only the strength to make beautiful draws of beautiful African & Black women (with the ink of his blood) whereas I didn’t know how long time I would still be alive.

After my exit (of the luxurious asylum) and under serious medical poisoning everything was one more time completely broken in my life. I could only survive, seeing sometimes my beautiful “Princess Joy” who was demonstrated an extraordinary courage of life particularly when she told me the news that they killed one of her junior brother “Destiny” with gun in Nigeria (France is really a nice country). I lost suddenly my apartment in Paris and I was uprooted in the city of Rennes in 2007 that I didn’t know (in the West of France) not far to the house of my parents originate from Paris but retired in this area (a real social murder). Still under poisoning, medical & bank account control I survived long years with “Princess Joy” far to me in Paris just talking on phone several minutes a day and trying to help her the best I could. I began a long road to obtain a real Justice that never came (We hope this bastards will die soon !)

Please Dear friend Steven, if you can’t (chart a plane) please just ask a friend to send me a big gun and I will resolve all this problems very fast in the city of Rennes where we are still victim of the same “official” criminal network among the most cruel in this world in the indifference of so many false friends that just continue to steal my works (his minds & success strategies)

In 2014 I wrote the film trilogy “Do your best” with the first movie “Stacy The Airplanes” (all our dreams are still alive) telling the story in a touching funny style of the period I was (in the luxurious asylum) watching the airplanes cry in the sky (with tears in his eyes) and making extraordinary beautiful draws (published in e-book) as a musical movie. I see well this movie accompanied by a music funny jazzy (& international variety songs) I was composing in the album “Zigo Joy’s Band” just before this illegal arrest revolting. This beautiful movie is dedicated to the Mum’s of Africa. The second movie of this trilogy is “Magic Love” the beautiful story of a great love (heart to heart so far away) written in 2008 & 2009 when I was dying in the city of Rennes (The Bitcha) the manuscripts are so magic with pictorial compositions by the letters as painting in movement (published in e-book). I dedicated this work to Princess Joy. The third movie is “A Part of my life” telling in a funny comedy style the third illegal arrest I was suddenly victim in the city of Rennes in October 2010 when I was writing a new beautiful musical comedy “Planet Joy” with the lovely “Coconut’s” (So class). This bastards put me again (in the asylum) during 70 days where I continued to draw the musical comedy sets of “Planet Joy” or the wonderful costumes of the Star Coconut’s  (always singing love songs) some beautiful melodies I registered on my Dictaphone while I was writing 2 little new books “ Je aimer Toi (Sool & Cool in love Paradise)” and “ Elle est venue consoler mes larmes – She came to light my tears (Writings for freedom)” (this bad peoples are so cruel) & so big thieves without heart.

                                                                                 

                                                                                                                                   
                                                                                  
                                                                                

The story of this extraordinary movie tells mainly (a love story) so funny with a beautiful accomplice who played “The Air Hostess” in the funny flies we lived together (all around the world) to escape to this cruelty and keep the force to survive (with our dreams in our hearts) sometimes doing our best to avoid an airplane crash ! (but he was a good pilot). You can see better now Dear Steven how my life is trapped by vampires who are playing with our hearts (and steal our millions royalties) under the guise of a dreadful corruption.

Also serious I am victim of a “Bug” political & illegal that attempts to the sales of my books & e-book on the Web (40 references & 50 in stand-by) only best sellers I manage with my company “Golden Spring (Provisory)” depriving me significant incomes since 2011 with the French companies “The Book Edition” & “Bookelis Hachette” and still today with the American companies “Amazon”, “KDP” & “Create Space” since 2015 as I have proved and demonstrated it in my complaints. The French authorities and French representation in USA have done nothing to resolve this crime in link with all the other crimes, crash car, thefts, curatorship, bacteria wounds, burglary, murders, medical monitoring, abusive arrests and corruption I was victim and at each time in stand-by or classification by the Court in defiance of the facts, demonstrations & evidences (and emergency). The US Embassy introduce me to a good lawyer in Paris “Me Marcia B Moulon-Atherley” but it’s not possible to do anything if I don’t have my money to fund the procedure so I wrote a letter to the President Obama (& friends) to explain the situation and ask him if he can do something directly in relationship with the headquarter of this companies (to require the truth) and act if necessary under international agreements against the crime with the American policemen in France & Europe for this inquiry that take his originally facts in France. It is important to clarify I have a contract with these American companies and I should pay tax to the US Treasure on my royalties.  This is the reason why I contacted all the organisms for the defense of copyright (& author rights) and the trade union in France and I prepared a Press Conference to denounce the more unworthy abuses I am victim in the city of Rennes (& in France) in my life as in my work.

All these facts are specifically written in my “Daily News of Stars” (“Journal des étoiles”) since 2003 to 2015  that I publish regularly in my Web Blog “Golden Spring’s Consulting” with fortunately some extracts of my works, screenplay, books or short video movies of Bass Voice improvisations (& love songs) speeches or scenes of funny comedy in the continuity of the beautiful album (of love songs) I am ready to register “Song’s fly”. It is the same thing for the video movies I made for the movie “The Best Crazy Bass Player in World’s !”  (he talked already) a beautiful original movie unique in the history of cinema being myself one of the best bassist player in the world as my good friend Marcus Miller or the great musician Stanley Clark (and the beautiful Divinity Roxx who is in reality the only best). I presented the screenplay of this nice funny movie to the French producer Marin Karmitz (MK2 in Paris) with already the first Act showing also video of different scenes of playing (or acting) in link with the companies “Dreyfus Records” & “BMG” for the music production of the film.

We can see (or hear) my good friend Marcus Miller is not really the best CRAZY Bass player in the world so he will not play in this movie (probably just an appearing guest star playing in the street without shoes) but he is the only virtuoso bass player in the world able to play the extraordinary (love music) of the musical comedy “Orphee” (with the pretty Sandy) a free funny adaptation we have created of the famous Opera (of Gluck & Monteverdi) for this beautiful love story that will enjoy us all around the world with all the peoples dancing on sumptuous choreographies in apotheosis of a happy ending (that will be forever). This extraordinary master peace is actually being studied with the companies “BMG” & “Dreyfus Records” in Paris that produced already the great show of “Jean-Michel Jarre” in Houston USA (1986) in duplex with the astronaut  Ronald McNair of Challenger  (who played the saxophone in space). I don’t know if the lovely bass player Divinity Roxx will accept to play in the space (for a love concert) but to stay in peace (with all the family) I wrote the resume of another comedy movie telling the truth about another well known musician Stanley Clark (pretending to be also the best bass player) while he spends his time in a lounge chair in a paradise island just collect the artists stamps money of the lookalike bass player he uses to play on stage instead of him ! 

We have evidence of the identity of the lookalike player in the beautiful screenplay i wrote (with his lovely accomplices) for the movie “In the Secret of my heart” where we can see already a selection of photo (all rights reserved) to show the funny style (& stars) foreseen for the international casting of this great movie where we find again the beautiful Serena Williams already selected to play in the beautiful movie “It’s no my fault” (It’s the fault of happiness) and we know why…

Time is coming now Dear friend Steven to present you the screenplay that will change your life (in better) with “A Song” (birth of a Star) telling the story of a beautiful Princess from Africa came in France (or USA) to register a beautiful song which have an extraordinary secret (and magic story). We can have also a nice thought for the beautiful Princess Joy. I tell again all my wishes (for she can have again an happy life) in the beautiful short movie I registered for her playing a beautiful Bass Voice Improvisation that tells the story of “The Little Elephant who is crying without her mum”

The lovely Princess Joy inspired me another screenplay when some bastards in Paris put her in the street without any money (and with all her luggages) and how she was near to die after a night under a bridge then how I done to save her 350 miles far to her in this dramatic situation (as she saved him before) with a suspense at each second “ Escape to the Street”. We can read also in the document “Princess Joy” (a magic life) an overview of her story with her nice beloved mum “Roselyn” now become an extraordinary legend (& love star) in Paris until Africa (in magic ways) as well as we can appreciate a very good projective anticipation of cultural & economical development for Benin City in Nigeria, the nice city where Princess Joy was born

I remind that I asked in my complaint 707 (of thieves & killers of dreams) important financial damages in favor of the populations of different area in the world (around 28 billion euro) that will be donated by “The International Cultural Fund of Investments” to other foundations or Associations to fund some kind of humanitary projects such as those we already begin to develop as we can see in the document “Fond Culturel International d’Investissements”. My own situation today in Rennes in France is still a calvary each day under threats to be assaulted or arrested (and put in asylum) my bank accounts are under control of a bad corrupted curator, all the acts of these bastards are illegal, just to keep me in an “administrative jail” because of the crimes they done in my life (& his destiny) and because the amount of the thefts is colossal. I ask to the Justice more than 700 million euro for the damages since 1992 (and the Crash Car)

There is no day (or night) without provocation, often by bad corrupted cops with bitches, aggressions “at my door”, sabotage of my computer (or serial virus), always this bastards try ” to reverse roles” using me as an outlet for their criminals minds and I must survive and continue to work more than 12 hours each day of the week with 130 euro to not die in a psychological terror climate. Meanwhile they continue to steal my work by using illegal spying and they continue to kill me nonchalantly. Also these bastards use the nice Princess Joy (as a hostage) to keep me in a blackmails situation. They deprived her of her work allocations since 2009 (against the French laws) when they made voluntary an administrative mistake to not renew her residence permit only for her to lose her job in a hostel and put her again in a very difficult situation when I was far to her without money nor real freedom. Recently a bad owner who rented to Princess Joy a studio accused her to have not paid some rents (that is wrong) but it’s just to make a complaint against me and ask me to pay because I was caution of her rent. Moreover she was victim of bad cops that arrested her with no reason and ask her now to pay a ticket completely illegal. So I made a complaint in front of the Court of Rennes for her defense despite the appalling corruption of this city and this country. I am making now my last complaint against the Judges of Rennes for the illegal curatorship they keep and the illegal medical control I am victim in link with the “Bug” on the sales of my books and the Crash Car. That is meaning it is a complaint (against the French state).

Despite the attempts on my freedom, illegal and outrageous I have all my civil rights in France, the right to run a business or manage a company, the right to open a bank account in another country or the right to leave France (for example). I have never been sentenced by the French Courts of Justice or in any other countries of the world. My life and all my life course are clearer without reprehensible activities and I am acting since long time in good ways to ameliorate in better the life of lot of peoples (or the societies) as we can see in all my works. To be sure there is no criminal confusions with my identity (in hypothesis of bad cops illegal actions) I complained in France to the “Commission of Data & Freedom” (CNIL “Commission Nationale Informatique & Libertés” in Paris) so they can investigate in the French Police Ministry (Ministère de l’Intérieur) to search if there is some illegal hidden files used to bring me harms particularly in my international relationships or my requests for assistance.   

I can’t say now how many time I can endure this appalling situation whereas I do my best to negotiate some good business (or contracts) with French, European or American companies showing all the beautiful works (& master peaces) I am doing with my beloved girlfriends (& love associates)

In view of the implications of the French state and influential personalities who do not respect any laws (or any human consideration) I have absolutely no hope in Rennes or in France and I do my best to leave this country. I ask myself too why the Switzerland still have no really answer to grant me a humanitary Visa as the United Kingdom in 2015 or the USA since 2010 & 2014. So I wrote my Will (Testament) perfectly legal and acceptable the 01 October 2015 with all the evidence of my abilities, skills and good psychological feeling proven by my works, letters, writings or by the pragmatic management I am able to do with my company “Golden Spring (Provisory)” (or his beautiful Blog “Golden Spring’s Consulting”).  This Will is written in favor of Princess Joy ABU (Born in Benin City Nigeria the 9 September 1985) & Princess “Coconut’s” (Who cleaned at the train station of Rennes in 2010) in consideration of the big value of my works. The beautiful “Coconut’s (So Class & Sool)  is the beautiful Star of our musical comedy “Planet Joy” (in 2010 before the joy in the asylum).  She also inspired me lot of beautiful love song of our album “Song’s fly” as some other nice girlfriends in the city of Rennes (listed in his prior Will written in 2014). I ask also to pursue complaints I made until the success of the lawsuit in the evidence of the crimes we are victims.

As you can see Dear friend Steven (& Dear friends) there is an abyss colossal between what should be my situation (flying love millionaires in freedom) and the cruel sufferings of every day under a shower of corruption, cruelty and one of the most inhumane indifference. Waiting for to have some nice umbrella (as the pretty Rihanna) I would like to thank you for your attention by presenting you the next musical comedy I would like to create if I’m still alive, the beautiful international love story “Kilimandjaro” (It’s snowing on our dreams) waiting for in my heart since 2003, since these bastards have started again to kill my life as they continue to do again in the city of Rennes today.

Bien sûr j’avais rédigé auparavant un courrier (diplomatique) à mon grand ami « Obama » et comme on a pû le lire je ne me suis pas gêné pour dire du mal de « Steven Spielberg » (& de sa peluche délavée « ET ») puisque je recevais depuis des mois à Rennes de fortes incitations pour justement « dire du mal » de Steven comme d’Obama ou de tous mes grands amis (since 2001 ?) au moins ! (& 1988 ?) c’était une toute autre « affaire » (celle de « la belle Noire de Californie ? ») mais à vrai dire je ne me souviens plus très bien (seul le ciel s’en rappelle encore...). Je risque maintenant « en paquet cadeau » de recevoir « A small Dinosaur » (pour l’aider à faire le ménage) ou partir au plus vite, j’ai d’ailleurs eu le bonheur quand je sortais du rendez-vous avec le Psy de retrouver ma jolie Coconut’s alors que je ne savais plus où aller dans ce désert d’acier, histoire de me donner encore le courage (de tenir encore debout). J’en ai profité pour lui dire qu’elle était toujours aussi jolie (& même plus encore...) ce que l’on pourra vérifier de toute évidence quand je chante « i’m flying love » (sa jolie chanson) que j’ai de nouveau enregistrée en vidéo au lever du jour (& avant son coucher au lit). J’aurais presque pû disparaitre ensuite à tout jamais (sur une île paradisiaque) avec encore bien des jolies Chéries qui m’avaient particulièrement (choyées) de tout leur cœur avant ce « rendez-vous psy » qui aurait pû aussi être « fatal » alors que je suis assommé de problèmes « comme par hasard » qui surgissent de toutes parts. Voici maintenant le courrier que j’ai adressé au CEO de « Google » en France

J’aimerais vous signaler un problème technique sur mon Blog « Golden Spring’s Consulting » depuis au moins une quinzaine de jours.

(1)      Lorsque l’on consulte la page Web on a aussi accès au sommaire des articles à droite de la page pour l’année 2015 et l’année 2014 quand j’ai créé ce blog magnifique. http://goldenspringsconsulting.blogspot.fr/2015/11/on-fly-en-jet-mac-love.html

Or il se trouve que depuis au moins une quinzaine de jours le lien sur l’année 2014 ne renvoie qu’à la page du dernier article de cette année en Décembre 2014 mais sans afficher le sommaire de l’année 2014.

(2)      Seul le sommaire de l’année 2015 s’affiche avec seulement la date « 2014 » qui ne renvoie à nouveau que sur la dernière page de l’année 2014 en Décembre mais sans afficher le sommaire pour cette année 2014.

Je n’ai jamais rencontré ce type de problème arrivé soudainement de façon surprenante depuis que je crée des Blog sur Blogspot déjà avec « Love, light, liberty » en 2010 puis « As Owao » & « You Sea (notes) » en 2011. Cela est d’autant plus préjudiciable que je présente dans ce Blog « Golden Spring’s Consulting » des extraits d’œuvres artistiques, projets culturels ou « Journal de Témoignage » qui doivent pouvoir être consultables par les nombreuses personnes ou sociétés que je contacte actuellement dans différents pays du monde pour des enjeux culturels de grande importance de même que financiers ou juridiques. Les rubriques d’aide (Help) de Blogspot ne répertorient pas ce problème technique ce qui montre déjà  que ce type de problème ne doit pas être courant mais encore qu’il pourrait bien provenir d’une sorte de « sabotage pirate » sur mesure pour me porter préjudice car ces pages magnifiques prouvent  aussi des dates d’antériorité de diffusion d’extraits de mes œuvres ou consulting mais aussi de récits extraits de mon « Journal des étoiles » (& de Justice) comportant des faits & des preuves liés à mes demandes de Justice & réparation de préjudices auprès des Tribunaux français. Je souhaite donc que vous puissiez demander à vos informaticiens de bien vouloir rechercher l’origine de ce problème pour qu’il soit résolu très rapidement. De même je ne comprends pas pourquoi mon blog a été créé avec l’adresse « Goldenspringsconsultings.blogspot.com » comme je le souhaitais à son origine et qui est toujours inscrite dans les caractéristiques technologiques mais le Blog est ensuite diffusé sur le réseau « .FR » et non « .COM ».  Pourriez-vous me dire si le fait que mon Blog soit diffusé sur le réseau « FR » pourrait permettre à certaines « autorités françaises » de commettre des abus pour en perturber le fonctionnement. Il semblerait encore que les statistiques n’affichent pas la fréquentation réelle des pages de mon Blog dans le monde et que certains choix interactifs proposés au lecteur ou lectrice de ce Blog sur la page Web d’un article ne soient pas actifs en réalité comme par exemple la recommandation d’un article « G+1 » ou mon adresse mail sur GMAIL. Je souhaite donc que vous puissiez me renseigner de même qu’effectuer les vérifications nécessaires sans oublier de résoudre rapidement ce problème d’affichage du sommaire. Une sortie «Hard » pour une soirée dans un environnement « hard », j’en ai ras-le-bol de cette situation effroyable de gâchis de ma vie & toujours sous menaces. Quel différentiel avec ce qu’on devrait pouvoir vivre libre ! Dans la soirée par 2 fois un hélicoptère est venu tournoyer aux alentours, c’est le « ciblage » qui continue, effroyable situation des plus révoltantes (avec bien des centaines de millions d’euro à récupérer)

        ... je vais à ma consultation pour passer un Doppler, il se trouve que je n’ai pas d’artères ou veines bouchées (phlébite)... mais j’ai une belle... ( ?)... j’en profite pour passer au magasin Carrefour du Centre Commercial Alma (c’est pas Marceau ici)... mais il n’y a plus de néons pour la cuisine de mon amie Joy (alors que j’en avait trouvé avant l’été avec mon Père à 5 ou 6 euros)... il n'y en avait qu'un modèle à plus de 16 euros !... je suis passé à Conforama juste à côté, mais ils n’en ont pas, ils me disent que peut-être chez Leroy Merlin ou Castorama en périphérie de Rennes, ce qui est très pratique sans voiture... toujours la même « méthode »... me faire chercher ce qui est (volontairement) introuvable, puis faire dériver ces recherches sur d’autres thématiques ou sujets ou problèmes !

(quel romantisme)… sans compter que je reçois « une dose de haine environnante » des plus effroyable encore, jamais dans ma vie je n’ai été autant haï… maltraité, victime de tant de mauvaise fois, mensonges, vols et viols des plus grave, des véritables « experts » de la cruauté sous tous les registres…

Avec encore « Bill Gates » pour le développement du film « Elle s’appelle Annabelle » (l’oiseau dans la tête) un extraordinaire thriller (en love story) qui en appelle aussi (à bien des prises de consciences) & de participations en rappelant à l’occasion le grand attachement de « Bill » pour une humanité(e) plus heureuse en lien avec une évolution mondiale qui doit prendre enfin (son envol). A la suite de sa fondation (pour la santé dans le monde) « Bill » a rassemblé aujourd’hui des partenaires internationaux pour créer un fond de lutte contre le réchauffement climatique. Il serait de même (l’homme idéal) pour mener à bien le projet « 2 Cents per Video Clip » sur le Web pour permettre le financement de Caisses de Solidarité & d’aide à la création culturelle dans le monde.

. On pensera encore à la société « Apple » pour développer (avec « Bill ») la création d’un « flying Computer Solaire Intuitif » destiné à permettre à n’importe quelle personne dans le monde (même si on ne sait pas lire) de pouvoir bénéficier de tous les apports, secours ou services offerts par le Web (& l’informatique). La société « Apple » qui sera d’ailleurs (enchantée) de participer à la production du scénario du film « Apple Pie » (la Tarte aux Pommes) pour cette magnifique histoire d’amour (pleine de tendresse) où il est justement question (d’une délicieuse « Tarte aux Pommes ») 

. « Les Fugues de Figolu » (ou fugues au lit) c’est le titre du film magnifique que va préparer le réalisateur Robert Guédiguian (avec Marius & Jeannette) Il serait question que l’adorable Jeannette (la bienheureuse) gagne une magnifique « Ferrari » à un jeu concours et qu’elle se demande bien ce qu’elle va pouvoir en faire ! (une véritable « question philosophique »)

                                               A propos « de Brebis galeuses »

Quand je suis revenu après la sortie effroyable que j’ai du endurer ce jour j’ai dit à ces sales flics, politiques (ou autres abrutis) curateurs, psy ou Juges corrompus qu’au lieu de mobiliser 50 sales flics, pompiers ou assimilés sur mon passage à grand renfort de provocations dans la rue au passage (de sales gosses) sans doute s’imaginent-ils « Pour qu’il leur tape dessus » ils feraient mieux de s’occuper de faire surveiller leurs propres rejetons car un accident « comme par hasard » pourrait aussi survenir avec une grande facilité (tété). C’est pour moi très cruel de me voir en plus sous menaces (& privation de ses revenus) être obligé de passer encore un Noël dans cette ville maudite surtout lorsque l’on sait tous les sales coups que j’ai dû endurer en 2013 puis particulièrement en 2014 alors que toujours rien n’est réglé, ni payé (ni réparé). Je dois encore endurer chaque jour (& chaque nuit) un effroyable calvaire qui s’éternise maintenant depuis plus de 10 années (ils ont la note à payer)

Mon Computer a toujours des « problèmes comme par hasard » avec ralentissement de la saisie des textes, voiles blancs, sautes d’écran qui rendent toujours très pénible mon travail d’écriture. Un message dit « le logiciel ne réponds pas ». J’ai essayé de faire de scanners « en free » mais qui n’ont rien trouvé. C’est encore me faire « chercher des solutions » à des problèmes d’ordre criminel causés volontairement dans ma vie par ces « Bastards » pour des extorsions diverses.

Un véritable « Pays de salauds » (c’est la seule vérité ici), j’espère déménager très rapidement pour aller m’installer dans un autre pays (& poursuivre ses business)

Complètement géniales d’ailleurs puisqu’elles me font remarquer de ne pas oublier qu’il y a 500 000 euros d’honoraires (hors taxes) à rajouter pour ce mois de Décembre 2015 ce qui fait maintenant 10.8 millions + 0.5 soit 11. 3 millions d’euro à devoir régler par le Conseil Régional de Bretagne (& Cie)

                               Publics Adultes (& Ados) de plus de 12 ou 16 ans (suivant les Régimes)

                           Le mieux pour un Auteur(e) c’est d’abord de parler (de ce que l’on aime)

              Attention... il ne s’agit pas d’un film érotique (pour salles obscures) bien au contraire ! (uniquement les plus belles salles) On va même faire des dizaines de millions d’entrées (en un rien de temps) juste le temps de l’amour love (un record mondial !) On ne voudrait pas spécialement (ridiculiser) un film comme « Lucy » (par exemple) qui a fait quand même 50 millions d’entrées mais s’il ne faut compter que les millions (ils vont être décoiffés) On va bien voir... le même budget (ni plus ni moins)

On aura surtout des frais (de tirage de bobines) & de diffusion car tout le monde (dans le monde) voudra voir ce film magnifique !

D’abord il faut au moins (Mille & Une) jolies Chéries (ou jolies Putes) ça fait déjà beaucoup de sociétés de productions qui ne peuvent pas suivre (on ne joue pas dans les mêmes dimensions, Mesdames, Messieurs svp...) Il faudra bien sûr réussir là encore (une prouesse scénaristique). J’en entendais déjà qui disaient... « On va aller tourner ça sur la plage, que des scènes en extérieurs sans éclairages, comme ça ça coûtera moins cher (sassa) juste des réflecteurs, avec quelques rails de travelling sur le sable, il n’y aura qu’à reprendre la bande à l’Artichaud (avec le Capitaine à casquette blanche) en plus ça fera même des vacances en même temps ! »

                                                     ... Et t’as pas vu ton scénario ?! (disent-ils)

Quoi mon scénario, qu’est-ce qu’il a mon scénario ? Vous avez déjà vu un scénario dans un film de l’Artichaud vous ? (Vouvou le Voudou)

En plus c’est moi qui vais réaliser ce film (tout bonheur) je vois déjà la scène finale (en apothéose) où je ferai juste une petite apparition... Et bien oui ! C’est quand même bien moi (le Chéri de Chérie love !) Il y en a déjà qui reprenaient ça à leur compte !

                                                                ... Then after ?

Après ?... déjà il y en a qui vont regretter de ne pas m’avoir envoyé un chèque (ou un Mandat Cash) on va peut-être ensuite racheter un Studio (pour un euro symbolique) ou bien « à titre perso » je rachèterai bien  une salle de spectacle (et encore !) c’est vrai que c’est pas facile de trouver une belle salle à Paris, en plus je suis pas trop dans le style (« de faire du neuf avec du vieux ») le mieux serait de raser quelques immeubles et de reconstruire à la place une nouvelle salle magnifique (de 3200 places) qui en plus sera ensuite classée (au patrimoine mondial de l’Unesco !)

Il en a été une nuit des plus désagréable avec des chauffes de sales putes à flics qui vous font cramer mais vous glacent le cœur en vous faisant les poches (& le portefeuille) sous les violations de ces mêmes sales ordures de flics qui m’avaient tendu une embuscade dans la soirée près du métro « Liberté » à Renns, c’est bien là un habituel « système local d’extorsion » lorsque vous vous retrouver « à parler aux murs » sous écoutes illégales (pour le compte du « Grand Vizir ») qui ne sait plus où aller ! Dans un même temps le fonctionnement de mon Computer est saboté pour essayer de me pousser à bout alors que je suis pressé d’en terminer avec mes courriers  (& avec cette ville) et même ce pays. Cela s’appelle aussi violations de vie privée, graves atteintes aux libertés (en toute illégalité), vols d’informations, de création (& d’intelligence) assortie d’une véritable « cruauté sur mesure ». Au matin j’ai chanté (de jolies love songs) que j’avais un peu délaissées, il en a été soudain d’effroyables violations & provocation par ces sales flics (& autres putes) exactement comme ils le faisaient déjà il y a des mois quand je chantais « Rendez-vous Airport » & « She came from far aways to see me ».

Pour guérir cette ville (de minables Liliputiens) emportés sans limites dans la démesure de leur inhumanité je préconise un véritable attentat bien plus sérieux (que la petite broutille de Paris) car on trouve bien ici à Rennes les « noyaux durs » de certains pouvoirs meurtriers, assassins & aussi imbéciles en vérité qu’ils sont salauds, accumulant des records de cruautés en toute illégalité, déloyauté, abus de toutes sortes à grand renfort de violences & violations.

                               Cela les ferait sûrement réfléchir (pour le plus grand bien du monde entier)

Il s’agit encore d’une véritable agression à domicile que j’ai dû endurer (mi fa sol) j’ai d’ailleurs recommandé à l’occasion de s’équiper de « lances » (pour pouvoir répondre aux mauvaises rencontres) c'est-à-dire de bâtons mi-longs avec une pointe au bout pour leur crever un œil, frapper dans l’oreille ou même en plein milieu de la nuque ces gros salauds qui cherchent querelle, il ne s’agira alors en ce cas que de légitime défense (& d’abrutis en moins). J’ai été de nouveau complètement « choqué » entouré d’un désert de minabilisme sadique & meurtrier pour la satisfaction « collective » de ces médiocres archaïques (qui s’en prennent à un Prince des plus charmants) Heureusement dans mon chagrin j’ai eu l’heureuse visite de la jolie « Princess Coconut’s » puis de « Princess Joy » qui sont venues me réconforter, me dire encore avec une grande gentillesse combien elles tenaient à moi (de tout cœur). Nous avons encore bien des bonheurs à partager en liberté cette fois (& flying love millionnaries)

La nuit de Dimanche à Lundi ne fut pas des plus faciles (comme chaque nuit d’ailleurs) j’ai poursuivi mon travail de préparation des productions (avec des assemblages dignes de Grands Millésimes) avec encore sous les étoiles (un câlin d’amour love) en survie toujours suivi de jolies « love songs » mais à peine je venais de commencer à chanter qu’il en fût cette fois à nouveau une sirène de pompiers, puis une autre plus tard (et encore une autre côté cuisine) alors qu’une sonnerie « sciante » provenait de la Gare puis une autre plus loin vers les voix ferrées tandis que le Gang des sales flics à moto était revenu à l’attaque par d’incessants passages des plus enragés. J’ai cependant poursuivi (son tour de chant) à la suite d’une magnifique improvisation Bass Voice « funny » du style un peu « j’en ai rien à foutre » (mais toujours aussi virtuose) il n’en fut ensuite qu’un immense chagrin comme chaque jour ici (depuis le premier jour) des Chéries sont venues essayer de me changer les idées mais c’était en fait la Reine des Salope (de Rennes) entouré de ses petits copains flics qui en ont profité pour me taper à nouveau (dans les bourses) j’étais d’autant plus épuisé que mon Computer avait continué de fonctionner au ralenti malgré tous les tests & vérifications technologiques que j’ai pû faire et qui ne détectent rien d’anormal, il fallait bien souvent plusieurs secondes pour ne saisir qu’un seul mot (ou même un seul caractère !)
                                                                           
Et maintenant la suite (du calvaire) puisque je me suis réveillé en fin de journée, épuisé, avec toujours autant « d’ondes maléfiques » alentour, je me suis pressé de retirer à la banque (sa pitance de 130 euro) après l’infernal passage tout au long de la rue Saint Hélier qui n’était pas un Saint (mais un salaud) très probablement car à chaque fois il y a une augmentation progressive de la dose de haine que je dois encaisser pendant que ces salauds continuent (de puiser dans ses caisses). Je me suis fait ensuite aligné de violence jusqu’au Centre Colombia où j’ai fait mes courses de survie habituelles pour revenir ensuite en passant par la Gare qui à la suite de ces travaux interminables fait maintenant figure d’une ruine. Cela montre bien aussi que ces salauds ont plein de fric dans cette région pour se payer des travaux démesurés de réfection alors que mes honoraires sont restés impayés. Je suis d’ailleurs très surpris que le Président du Conseil régional de Bretagne (ou l’un de ses sbires) n’ait toujours pas répondu à mon dernier courrier car je pense que n’importe quelle personne dotée d’un brin de conscience ou sens de ses responsabilité aurait aussitôt bondie pour faire stopper les ignobles cruautés, viols et vols sous corruption dont je suis victime à Rennes de même que ma grande amie Princess Joy dont les maltraitances des plus révoltantes dont elle est toujours victime relèveraient même d’un scandale international qui semble se profiler (nous l’espérons)

J’ai d’ailleurs prévu de ne pas aller passer Noël chez mes parents comme le souhaitait ma mère car d’autres avaient justement prévu (comme par hasard) de profiter de mon absence pour fracturer ma serrure (& lui voler sa Basse !). De ce fait entre autres j’espère bien être parti de cette ville et avoir même quitté la France avant cette date !

Au retour à mon domicile il en fut encore une forte dose de violence suivie d’une soirée (sous haute couverture) internationale puisque j’ai enfin réussi à trouver la force de relire la lettre que je devais envoyer à mon ami « Obama » depuis bien des jours ce qui donne ainsi (en VO) directement adressé à la Maison Blanche (The White House)

Dear President Obama & friends

At first before to talk about terrible attempts I’m victim in France as my nice girlfriends I want to tell again all my friendship to American peoples and particularly peoples of California, a state I know well with also great love stories still in my heart. You know I am a great French author and one of the best musicians in the world who are acting in good ways since so long time to give real hopes to peoples and contribute to change the life of each day in better for many peoples in different places in the world.

In harmony of the entertainment company I am founding to produce songs, musics, movies, musicales comedy, books & international events « BG° GOLDEN GROUP SA » i am creating a foundation to help and encourage peoples in any place they are in the world using for this a respectful cultural feeling in the way of building economical strong ameliorations for peoples for long time view « The International Cultural found for Investments ». I want to finance this foundation with a financial allocation coming from the damages & interest after the decision from the Court in the lawsuit I ask “The Trial of Thieves & killers of dreams” to repair the damages endured by so many peoples in the world because of the crimes I am victim in France since more than 15 years and still today in the city of Rennes where I live against my wants because of the corruption of Judges, dirty Cops and abusive administrative French powers. Their violence, cruelty & corruption are so hard and murderess as the equivalence of the big amounts, evidence of their crimes & big profits the do with the thefts of my works while threatening my life and making blackmail in everything around my life, my work and my request to justice.

In two words to see well I am coming from a high school management “EDC PARIS” in “Paris-la-Défense” specialized in international marketing, l am also graduated from “3is” (International Institute of Movies & Sounds) in screenwriting & movie directing for Tv & cinema, graduated yet from “IMCAD Multimedia” in Multimedia & Web creation & production and I wrote a Sociology Thesis “GO! (Thesis)” (Jolies Colombes d’amour flying in lights for love) a thesis that I will support when I will be in a better place than this bad city of Rennes or this criminal country.  I have already published the conclusions of my thesis in book & e-book written in a funny contemporary style easy to read for large peoples about the creative & cultural dynamics to stimulate peoples & societies in a way of growth harmonies in peace & fair rewards of the efforts of everybody.  Everything might see so happy as the success story of my life would be if we know in plus I am author of more than 20 good books & e-books as best seller, several musicals comedies among the best one, beautiful music albums & Hits for the Billboard and so many beautiful screenplays with the destiny of the top of the Box Office (with also an happy family) but this is not the reality of my situation.

We can see all the evidences of my abilities, skills, experience, beautiful soul and qualities of my works or my success strategies in my author catalog or in so many documents, letters or extracts that I publish regularly in my Blog “Golden Spring’s Consulting” since July 2014 with video of music, song, speech, funny cinema scenes or testimony about the terrible criminal situation I endure in the city of Rennes under the terrible cruelty & abuses I am victim since 2007 because of the big value of my works (I lived before in Paris after my birth in the nice city of Grenoble in the Alps mountains). For example, i contacted already the US Embassy in the city of Rennes or Bordeaux since April 2014 in the way of our good cultural relationships when I proposed to think about a new word “Projective” that I discovered whereas i asked in the same time to the French Academy to pass this word to the French dictionary. As you can see Dear President Obama this extraordinary new word is also available for the American or English language so beautiful in the sense of expressing anticipation views we can feel & see for a future in brighter ways as light ideas or strategies we preview using the word “Projective”

In beautiful cultural projective relationships I contacted the US Embassy also about international artistic events as “Cool High School” (a Hit by students) or “Ô Yes” (a concert in North Pole on global warming) or for example to inform them about the production of a good movie I wrote “Albedo City” (The Revolt of Trees) written with the conscience to act urgently with high relevance to resolve emergency environmental issues on the Earth (in filigree of a nice love story) as thinking about the destruction of forests & trees which will consequently cause an oxygen depletion with the risk to kill the humanity.

You can think Dear President Obama that after writing these works and magnificent projects many people would have given me the possibilities and the financial means to continue but it is just the opposite happened. I was again victim in the city of Rennes in France of a series of criminal attacks on my life, my freedom, assaults by dirty cops, virus attacks in my computer, suffered terrible wounds of bacteriological weapons causing serious infections in my head and in my legs. The French authorities maintain me in an administration unlawful civil imprisonment by using an abusive curatorship willfully incompetent which systematically make problems in the control of my business and my bank account in links with an abusive and unlawful psychological monitoring just to maintain a blackmail situation under threat of being interned in asylum and allow the continued operation to steal my work on listening and illegal spying of the French state. The only answers of the Court of Justice is corruption and supplementary wounds or violence putting my life in danger.

In the cruelty of this dirty peoples who abuse of powers, guns, non respectful of the laws or the human dignity they make problems to one of my great girlfriends, Mme Joy (A very nice Lady from Benin City in Nigeria and in France since 2002) despoiled for her rights for the payment of her work allowances, victim of an administrative error only for her to lose her job and put her in the street or recently suddenly arrested by dirty cops as so many other mysterious problems “as a hasard” just to make me an inhuman blackmail. So in several occasions I informed the US Embassy in the Cities of Rennes or Bordeaux of this scandalous and revolting situation by sending them by mails some documents or evidences of the quality and the value of my works as the evidences of my skills and abilities.

Another revolting crime I endure and this is one of the main reason of this letter Dear President Obama it is that in connection with these crimes, threats, abuses, thefts and cruelty I am victim of a political “Bug” that damages and prevents the sales of my book & e-book on the Web (40 references & 50 now in stand bye). I manage this beautiful catalog with my company “Golden Spring (Provisory)” in current registration in the commercial register (RCS de Rennes). In addition to these revolting and scandalous abuses to the freedom of a great author this cause serious financial damage to my companies as to my life. I done a complaint in France asking to the President and the french Government to resolve this criminal abuse but they still have done nothing except other supplementary problems, violence, attacks and cruelty in the same way as the governance of this district of “Bretagne” (Mairie & Conseil Régional). This “Bug” causes serious damages since 2011 when I began to publish my books with french companies ‘”The Book Edition” then “Bookelis Hachette” in 2014, a “bug” in connection with the criminal acts, thefts & corruption I am victim in the city of Rennes since 2007 as it was before in Paris from 1990 to 2006 with the complicity of the French authorities. But actually and this is the first reason of my ask, my books & e-book are still victim of this “Bug” so amazing especially as I published all my books in a new edition under contracts with the American Companies “Create Space Amazon” and “KDP Kindle Amazon” since March 2015 providing by contract the payment of tax on my royalties to the US Treasury.

So I made a beginning of inquiry. The Amazon Company said that everything is right but it’s false. I proved and demonstrated in many ways that it is impossible I done no sells, using also the statistics & probabilities rules, and my conclusions in the evidence of this criminal situation I endure in the city of Rennes under corruption is that this “bug” unlawful is well politic & criminal to deprive me of my income, let me die in Rennes under corruption and cruelty and to usurp my works to make each year millions of euro on my back as they continue to do actually with my screenplays, consulting, songs or international strategic development.

It could be very likely that a link exist with one of my cousin I don’t know well “Jean-François Rubod” who worked before during more than 20 years in an “Elite Military Group” specializes in criminal interventions, the “GIGN” in France (Groupement d’Intervention de la Gendarmerie Nationale) with a gray area around the bombing of New York City at the time when I was still living in Paris while I was creating my musical comedy “Orphee & Sandy” just before I was suddenly broken by some dirty powers in 2004 who started to destroy my life, my works, my fortune & my happiness. This mysterious cousin is working now at the security service in Paris of the French billionaire “Bernard Arnault” founder and manager of “LVMH” company in the luxury activities.

After my complaint the French Commission of Data & freedom “CNIL” in Paris said to me that they are doing an inquiry but the French Court of Justice is still doing nothing to resolve all these crimes I am victim. The French Embassy of Washington did nothing to advise my company’s interests and the Foreign Ministry of France (“Ministère des Affaires Etrangères”) did nothing too to help me to resolve this crime.

So Dear President Obama you can see now the seriousness of this situation, the high stakes involved and financial amounts concerned by these crimes I am victim in France. You know also that it is very difficult to make a complaint in the USA when you are far with no money. So my ask directly to you is the only way to open an inquiry to really know what it happens with my books in the “Amazon” and “KDP Companies” with the possibility to continue this inquiry in France & Europe (in links with all the other crimes, thefts & corruption I am victim in the city of Rennes as before in Paris) and according to the international agreements against the crime for the respect of the trade agreements and the defense of the human freedom & dignity.

I am sure that it is possible one of your collaborator can see with “Amazon” the reason of this damages to my rights, my freedom & my incomes.

After a first ask to the US Embassy in Rennes several month ago and according to their council I contacted a very good lawyer in Paris able to manage this complaint “Me Marcia B Moulon-Atherley” who has already received by email lot of documents, works or elements about my ask with a part of them translated in American-English. I prepare actually a complaint against the Guardianship Judge (Juge des Tutelles) the Judge of freedom (Juge des Libertés) & the new dirty curator “APASE” in Rennes. It means a complaint against the French state power.

As i said in a letter recently sent to my good friend Steven Spielberg I am sure the US can ask to the French authorities my administrative liberation for I can go to make my life in another country and stop dying day after day stripped of my fortune (and his happiness).

     “ Despite the attempts on my freedom, illegal and outrageous I have all my civil rights in France, the right to run a business or manage a company, the right to open a bank account in another country or the right to leave France (for example). I have never been sentenced by the French Courts of Justice or in any other countries of the world. My life and all my life course are clearer without reprehensible activities and I am acting since long time in good ways to ameliorate in better the life of lot of peoples (or the societies) as we can see in all my works.”

You can have other important informations I wrote in the letter to Steven as the Press Conference I want to give, the 10 years of calvary I suffered in France and at Rennes or the terrible murder of the beautiful mum of the lovely Princess Joy ABU in 2006 only to break our heart because she was my girlfriend.

To come back with more hopes to our friendship & cultural relationship Dear President Obama I am sure you will appreciate a beautiful screenplay I wrote with the beautiful Serena Williams (& Colombo) “It’s no my fault” (It’s the fault of happiness) currently under study for a production or the extraordinary “Donald, Daisy & the Little” I just proposed to “The Walt Disney Company” for a production (With Mc Donald’s) & Arnaux Lagardère (The manager of “Mickey Magazine” in France) and another very nice screenplay “In the Secret of my Heart” written already in a visual language with pictures to show well the happy comedy feeling where you will have the good surprise I hope to discover that you have a role (as a guest star) with your beautiful wife Michelle under the benediction of “Bernard Arnault” the nice billionaire and so many nice stars of Hollywood in the “Projective” to do a break bank (in the movie). I don’t know at this time what will do the great “Walt Disney Company” but if you prefer Dear President Obama I can write another screenplay where you will have the first role with the beautiful Michelle in a funny adaptation of the love story “Blanche Neige” (White Snow). I don’t know today who will be the “dwarfs” but you will have the role of the nice Prince and Michelle will be “White Snow” the beautiful Princess singing “One day my Prince will come”

Now after this nice letter (& historical moment) now Dear President Obama (& friends) it’s time to tell you all my congratulation and you know what you can do in the future for an happy life when you will have again some “free time”. My life is under threats, I hope it will be possible I leave this city (and this country) before Christmas.

Il faut bien reconnaitre maintenant avec déjà un certain « recul sur le temps » qui se profile que mon grand ami « Obama » (& Michelle) ont réussi à accomplir une œuvre de paix extraordinaire en réussissant à amortir une véritable « fracture mondiale » depuis les attentats de New York qui ont manqué en conséquence d’engouffrer l’ensemble de l’économie mondiale dans une chute vertigineuse avec ensuite tous les risques de résurgences de conflits d’autant plus exacerbés (sans compter alors « la facture mondiale). Avec un style plutôt « funny » de simple élégance (et bien souvent « à petits pas ») Obama & Michelle ont œuvré chaque jour (à penser les bobos) tout en réussissant à insuffler un véritable « souffle de vie » (& d’humanité) pour réussir à inverser « la casse » presque mécanique qui était en action en générant encore (avec bien des bonnes volontés) à générer un grand élan de reprise d’initiatives assortie d’un élargissement des champs de conscience (& des champs de blé). Il leur en a demandé peut-être beaucoup plus d’efforts encore en raison de leur grande sensibilité, d’une grande modestie avec en plus la découverte « de jeux de backstages internationaux » (ou même locaux) qui parfois peuvent donner (bien des frissons) en recherchant toujours à garder un sens de modération (& de bon sens paysan) pour ne jamais perdre de vue les préoccupations essentielles de la vie des êtres (& des sociétés) même s’il faut parfois aussi hausser un peu le ton en attendant de pouvoir s’exprimer plus librement (de vive voix au Théâtre) peut-être ou sûrement dans l’un des rôles des plus magnifiques pour des grands films par exemple comme ceux que n’arrêtent pas de leur proposer sans doute les quelques rares auteurs (& scénaristes) des plus prodigieux de notre planète, sachant encore que même si le meilleur auteur (de ce petit monde) ne serait pas aussi un musicien virtuose il aurait peu de chance de voir son œuvre vraiment plaire à « Obama & Michelle » car l’on sait bien (combien est grand) leur sens de l’harmonie sans oublier « le feeling de vie » qui doit naître d’une œuvre (au-delà des lignes & des mots) même lorsqu’il en est des mélodies des plus simples qui sont aussi bien souvent (les plus jolies). Je disais dans ma lettre qu’ils allaient sans doute bientôt pouvoir apprécier un peu « de free time » ce qui est vrai bien sûr lorsque (le prochain couple présidentiel) aura emménagé à leur tour « à la Maison Blanche » (The White House) mais très relatif aussi car bien des gens de part le monde pourront alors les voir ensuite en dehors de toute « considération de pouvoir » pour en découvrir avec la simplicité de chaque jour (un sens naturel de l’humanité) qui fera naître bien des amitiés internationales parfois même inespérées avec encore (au gré des amours love) bien de jolies « love Song »

Malgré ce programme stratégique magnifique (de bonheurs) sous une pluie de millions d’euro (& de dollars) il demeure cependant toujours une question majeure « QUAND ? »

Car cette situation est des plus paradoxales car en contrepartie de toutes ces œuvres magnifiques que j’apporte (assorties de stratégies internationales) ou de modes de management pour réussir à créer de grands succès il ‘en est toujours aujourd’hui pour moi qu’une situation invivable des plus cruelles. Cela fait des mois et particulièrement des semaines que ces salauds de la ville de Rennes (& de Francia la Puta) me font endurer un véritable calvaire de chaque seconde, cherchant systématiquement à me gâcher la vie en chaque chose (ou en chaque instant) par les méthodes les plus ignobles qui soient dans un climat de mensonges, violences, chantage, corruption (indifférence ou ingratitudes)  avec des agissements scandaleux en toute illégalité (& déloyauté), après bien des mois où j’ai dû encaisser leurs jeux de « pousse au crime » à devoir endurer des violations permanentes, une attitude honteuse des Juges de Rennes comme des « autorités » de cette ville ou de ce Gouvernement français, devant endurer encore une certaine indifférence d’organismes internationaux qui auraient dû agir depuis longtemps pour en finir avec ces salauds, exiger les paiements de mes consulting comme des préjudices ainsi que ma libération administrative alors que je dois survivre constamment sous menaces abusives à m’arracher encore le cœur comme mes babies (ou sa fortune). Cela sans compter les graves blessures, chocs, traumatismes en série alors que je dois endurer encore une situation économique des plus rudes (proche de la misère) véritable provocation incessante encore » alors que je suis millionnaire depuis longtemps. Et cela après plus de 10 années de ma vie détruite sous menaces ignobles & révoltantes de cet « Etat français » des plus meurtriers.
                                                                                     CONSTAT

Toujours rien n’est réglé (ni payé) ni arrangé malgré toutes les évidences avec encore une forte accumulation de crimes, blessures & menaces supplémentaires !

C’est pourquoi aujourd’hui en « bilan » je le répète, si j’avais sû que je devrais perdre encore des dizaines de millions d’euros pendant encore plus de 2 années d’investissements de ma vie (& de son cœur) qui ont été une fois de plus gâchées, usurpées, volées (sous charcuteries diverses) avec un véritable scandale d’injustice qui se poursuit à mon encontre, et bien si j’avais sû, je n’aurais rien fait de tout ça, j’aurais gardé mes quelques centaines d’euro de dures économies pour louer une petite camionnette et dégager au plus vite.de cette ville d’assassins (et ce pays de voleurs). Ces salauds continuent de me tailler en pièces à grand renfort de provocations, violations ou sabotages qui me font perdre mon temps & ma vie dans une situation de chantage épouvantable. Je suis toujours à devoir survivre dans des conditions effroyables d’inhumanité alors que les aides réelles tardent à venir (depuis tant d’années déjà).

J’ai prévenu, je ne veux pas passer ni l’année 2016 en France ni les « fêtes de Noël » qui n’en sont plus pour moi d’ailleurs depuis plus de 10 années.

Il n’est qu’à lire mes témoignages pour réaliser ce que ces tortionnaires voleurs & sadiques me font endurer ou même simplement lire (ses « compilations » de courriers) pour bien apprécier mes capacités & mes compétences et bien voir de toute évidence la situation révoltante dont je suis victime à Rennes en France.

                             Puisque l’on cherchait des « brebis galeuses » je demande encore

  ... QUAND cette curatelle abusive qui embrouille ma vie (& ses comptes) sera-t-elle levée ?
... QUAND cette mesure de « HDT » scandaleuse & illégale pour me faire un chantage permanent à l’internement psy sera-t-elle levée ?
   ... QUAND mes honoraires seront-ils réellement payés ? Que ce soit par le Conseil Régional de Bretagne comme pour « le Palais de l’Elysée » ou la Mairie de Paris depuis les années 2000 ?
                        ... QUAND ces violations incessantes de ma vie cesseront-elles ?
             ... QUAND le « Bug » illégal & politique sur les ventes de mes books sera-t-il levé ?

Il est clair que mon déménagement pour Paris ou un autre pays doit pouvoir se faire dans les jours qui viennent (et avant Noël) avec les moyens financiers qu’il convient vu notamment le montant prodigieux de ma fortune alors que je suis bien l’un des meilleurs musiciens au monde de même que l’un des plus « grands » auteur & scénariste contemporain (doublé d’un géant de grand cœur).

Ces salauds assassins dans leur jeu d’inversion des rôles poursuivent « le massacre de l’artiste » de la manière la plus cruelle qui soit en préparant en parallèle leur « petit meurtre de Noël » pour essayer de me faire disparaitre à tout jamais.

Par conséquent je n’ai plus le temps de poursuivre la rédaction de mes courriers pour mettre en œuvre la production & le financement de nos œuvres magnifiques, tous les artistes (& toutes) de même que les partenaires (& celles à venir) peuvent voir clairement la considération que je leur porte (avec bien des bonheurs à espérer) mais qui semblent bien irréalisables et impossibles à vivre dans une telle situation de chantage, de menaces ou d’atteintes à mes libertés comme à mes revenus.

Ces bourreaux de Rennes en toutes violations, illégalité & inhumanité me rendent la vie insupportable à vivre, me conseillant même « d’en finir », tout en continuant de me priver de mes revenus pour m’empêcher de vivre sous une cruauté incessante c’est pourquoi il en est aujourd’hui d’un ultimatum. Si ces ordures continuent d’assassiner ainsi mes babies je tuerai les leurs en légitime défense. Je n’ai plus qu’à redire encore (pour les sourds, radins, voleurs, escrocs & malentendants)

On pensera maintenant à mon Testament manuscrit du 01 Octobre 2015, le seul aujourd‘hui valable, légal et tenu pour « officiel » en faveur de « Princess Joy » & « Princess Coconut’s »
